Horrible customer service. I got off at 6:40 and made it there about 6:50 to have 1 piece of paper notarized. They were so busy trying to shut down that they lost money and a customer. He stated the system went down at 6:30. So why doesn’t the website state that? You guys are open until 7 but the system shuts down at 6:40? That made no sense whatsoever. I could see if I had a booklet but it would have taken 2 minutes like it did at the other notary place. Thanks but no thanks UPS corporate you might wanna send a mystery shopper in there.

My package was missing and I didn’t know what to do, but the staff guided me very well. They even called UPS support and gave me proper time and assistance. All the staff are amazing, especially Mr. Abdul. Thank you so much for your great support! God bless you all.

I came here for notary services the young man that waited on me seemed very confused about what form could be notarized or not. He seemed to be looking for an excuse not to notarize my forms. I wish if he was confused he would have asked someone else for help. The same form that he said can't be notarized I had to get notarized somewhere else because he didn't know what he was doing. He isn't the actual notary he uses a stamp with someone else's name on it that's actually the notary. I think the actual notary should look over the form and not delegate authorization to other people. The notary is supposed to be impartial and he was not.

Not sure if the front counter guy has something against me because it’s not the first time, I come in and wait and like others come in after me and he helps them after he helps them he helps me, and then when I come in he talks to his other colleague and then doesn’t help me, passes it on to the other colleague.
