I was the worst customer of the day! Looking for a 4' piece of odd baseboard. The gentleman running the show stopped what he was doing and helped me sift through their inventory and he found exactly what I needed. I know it had to be a pain but he never treated me like it. Service was great and I definitely recommend!

Great business to deal with. Quality is top notch. You’ll never find their quality or craftsmanship in any big name store. Couldn’t be happier with their doors! Josh, Jordan, and James are the best. Thank you guys.

Really happy with my experience buying interior french doors with BEE Builders. Joshua was incredibly helpful in finding doors that were in stock and met my needs (all over the phone). These guys were great to work with, well priced and delivered a quality product in the timeframe they quoted. I'm very happy with the final product!

I am a General Contractor in the Plano area for 13 years now. I have tried my best to deal with Bee Builders for my door and trim needs. I have absolutely no problems with the Bee builders at 1300 Capital Street in Plano. Those guys in there are awesome and on their game and know their products well. On the other hand there is a branch of Bee Builders in Melissa that supplies the materials to the plano branch and they handle all of the custom door orders. Every time I have tried to order a door from the guys up in Melissa (Randy Edwards / Vice President is whom I usually deal with), they take over 2-3 weeks if not more just to price out a door for me, if they do it at all. During the 2-3 weeks I remind them via email like every other day with no luck? They have also made multiple mistakes on past orders as to having the correct glass installed, hinges on the door, or the wrong size door? I have tried on multiple occasions to let them know that some of the jobs I was working on were time sensitive due to the house needing to be up for sale and the door was needed to show the home etc. On all of my door orders I let Randy at Bee Builders come out to measure the door to make sure everything is good and their is no issues. The few doors I have sold from Bee Builders eventually worked out and got installed. However, the wait time is incredible and was this way prior to COVID-19. I feel like Bee Builders just doesn't want my business even though I have sold just about every door they have quoted for me? It is certainly hard to sell a door if you don't know how much the door costs. I am currently looking for another door company to do business with. I have tried Wilson Plywood in Garland and they are worse than Bee Builders. I wish people could just do their job? If they will price them out to me I will sell them, no problem. Just frustrating. I guess I will be dealing with BMC from now on. I will still use Bee Builders on Capital Street because those guys are great.

Three weeks ago today we visited Bee with a request for pricing on 4 doors for our home. Countless phone calls later, we finally had to go back over in person. Obtained a promise for answers the next day. Five days later, we still have no estimate, no order placed, and lots of frustration. We are moving on to someone who really wants our business.
