What is not to love!
It’s worth the visit, be it gas , food stop or bathroom break.
It’s impeccable service, spotless, super clean bathrooms and then there is the smorgasbord of amazing hot food, wraps, salads and wonderful old fashioned banana or coconut puddings! Just to provide a small sampling of what’s available.
Our pick this time was the freshly made, hot beef brisket and a southwest style salad with ancho /lime dressing. You cannot beat the quality nor the price! You seriously need to set yourself a timer if you don’t want to wander the gift and food offerings for the next hour.
Always a fun stop complemented by courtesy and helpful staff.

I refuse to pay for fuel at the pump. I have one time and my account was cleared of $500. Why does this place abuse people that do not want to pay at the pump? I stood in line to buy a shirt for my son. I was also required to stand in a different line to purchase fuel. I don't really think they need my money, then. I will also enlighten other to being treated like a second class citizen. Thank you.

Buc-ee's is the genius behind it all!! They created a brand and it sells better than the things inside. What a wonderful experience to have been able to share in. My family was so looking forward to stopping by at the end of our trip. I was personally overwhelmed with how many people were inside and the amount of merchandise. So what makes a convenience store actually succeed? Well, it's on convenience. The primary reason a person ever needed a convenience store was to be able to use the bathroom and eat, the rest does not matter. Buc-ee's provides these two wonderfully. The bathrooms are massive and clean. The barbecue sandwiches are amazing!!!

I had a disappointing experience with the staff during my recent visit. The employees were incredibly rude and showed a lack of understanding regarding service animals. They got too close to my wife’s service dog, causing her (my wife) to go into an anxiety attack. This incident not only showed a lack of professionalism but also a complete disregard for her well-being. Service animals are crucial for those who need them, and it’s essential that staff are trained to respect both the animals and their handlers. I hope this situation is addressed to prevent future occurrences. I’m very unsure if we will be back.

I went in to buy something to eat and a few early Christmas gifts with my wife and service dog. I had already spoken to the manager on duty and he asked the 2 questions you can only ask. I had a worker come up to me with an attitude saying my pet isn’t allowed in the store. I explained to her he was a service dog and that I had already spoken to the manager less than 5 minutes before. She then tried saying my service dog couldn’t be near the food which is wrapped up and he was on the side away from the food. She also didn’t say anything about the people beside me they kept opening the wrapped food. I put everything we had back which was over $200 worth of stuff. I ended up going into an anxiety attack when we got into the car.
Please do better Buc-ees on when it comes to teaching your employees about service dogs and service dog in training. He did nothing wrong nor did I.
I had gone in once before getting my service dog and they allowed a pet dog in. They allowed it to growl and bark at people.

I don’t remember the cashiers name, but he went all out for us. After he couldn’t find a sticker for my daughter, I said no worries, walking out to the car he chased me down with three stickers for my daughter. Excellent service, this is the best buc-ees yet. Thank you!

If you don't go here, did you really get a feel of Texas?

It's a smaller location, but it's still a great bucees to stop by and say hi

They changed. Worst bucees experience ever. So rude, and you can only order chicken nuggets. Frankly, it was just weird and kind of dystopian.

Buc-ee's might have clean restrooms and plenty of souvenir shopping, but they are a let down in the diabetic area. Unless you like Coke Zero they have no other options. Do better Buc-ee's. Do better.

Buc-ee’s is fun! I loved the variety of merchandise and found lots of fun and yummy things to buy. The burger was delicious, and the sweets and bakery section were amazing with plenty of options. It was busy, but the staff were super friendly, and even with the crowd, the experience was good. Will come again..

While passing through the small town of Melissa, Texas, we decided to check out Buc-ee's, as we'd heard so many great things about it. Coming from Las Vegas, where we don't have a Buc-ee's (hint hint, corporate—bring one to Vegas!), we were curious to see what all the hype was about.
As soon as we stepped inside, we were amazed. The place was buzzing with people, yet everything felt organized and calm despite the rush. The atmosphere was inviting, and the aroma inside was absolutely incredible. Our first stop was the restroom, and wow—it was spotless! Hands down, these restrooms were cleaner and more impressive than those in some of the top casinos in Vegas.
We were so impressed with our initial visit that we made a point to come back the next day, after attending a wedding. On our second visit, we decided to try some of the food, and I have to say, it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. The quality of the food, combined with the friendly service and the ease of finding whatever you need, made for an unforgettable experience.
If we’re ever back in this part of the country, Buc-ee's will definitely be on our list to visit again. It's truly a one-of-a-kind place!

I come here often when I'm nearby.
Drinks are easy to get, the restrooms are nice, and the souvenirs are attractive. It's very popular and there are a lot of customers every time I come.
