People go to a pharmacy because they are ill or injured. It’s not uncommon for people to rely on services such as Good RX for prescription assistance. One of my medications is over $3,000 per month without Good RX. I presented my coupon in the drive through and was soundly rejected. “We don’t Do coupons in the drive through. You have to go inside.”
People have disabilities. People are sick. People are wounded. People are Just Trying to Fill a Prescription. This asinine policy about a coupon in the drive through is ridiculous.
Mind you, when I walked in I went to the sign that said “pick up prescriptions here”
Of course I was told that was incorrect. I had to step 9 feet to the left. THEN they would help me.
Fine. I did that. Processed the coupon. Now it’s time to pay. Nooooo you can’t do that here. You have to step 9 feet to the right.
CVS you are a joke. Be ashamed of how you treat people.
I won’t be back. Ever.

HA so I walked into cvs and walked up to the cash register and the probably 55ish year old grey haired lady stocking the shelf let out a HUGE sigh and then walked over to help me, and the whole time the only words she said was hi (after I initiated the “conversation” and said “Hi, how are you?”)and here you go (handing me my reciept)😂😂😭😭 and she slammed the cash register hard as hell. Never have I ever seen such crappy customer service. If you don’t like where you work, go somewhere else.

I don’t know why everyone is slamming this place. Everyone here has always been kind, friendly and professional. The pharmacy has always been great. The only issue they ever had was being understaffed for the amount of volume of customers they were getting. Because they were the closest place for miles. Now they are all staffed up. But they have always been friendly and professional.

Received terrible service today that started with the pharmacy and ended with customer care in front. Instead of the pharmacist voiding the item I no longer wanted and adding the new item, she voided the entire purchase which voided out my $4 coupon I had on the app. She told me to pay upfront and they would not honor the coupon either. I spoke to the manager and she was no help. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to Costco.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up a prescription for my sick kid only to be told they couldn’t help me because they close for lunch at 1:30….. people standing there that would be perfectly capable of just handing me a prescription, but “the system won’t allow it….” Take lunch in shifts for heavens sake!!! This isn’t rocket science!

technicians who work the drive through window are not well versed and need more training. I have spent up to 40 minutes in the drive line more than once. Will receive text notifications on a script being ready, arrive at the location and the med is not actually filled. Conversely, have had a medication be re-stocked without being notified for pickup. I am also a medical provider and have had these same issues when sending in meds for my own patients. Please re-structure, you are in a very busy location.

Rebekah the pharmacist was extremely abrupt and dismissive with me today as I was trying to get assistance with a prescription. I understand the pharmacy was about to go to lunch, but that's not an excuse for poor customer service. It was 1:27 so technically she had a few minutes and could have done a better job. She could definitely use a refresher on customer service skills. When I went back in, Patsy was extremely helpful, kind, and got what I needed done! The 1 star rating is not for her.

Worst CVS I have been to!
Don’t even get me started on the pharmacy. They really need to train their employees. Everyone is so lazy and doesn’t look happy working there. Never again!

The pharmacy is an absolute nightmare! Do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere else, but here. The Pharmacist are unknowledgeable, rude, and confused. The staff does the best they can, but I’ve experienced nothing but struggle from them in the last 24 months. It’s a blessing Melissa is growing and we have new options around town. Everyone would be better off when it eventually closes due to incompetence.
