Best grocery store I have been to in a long time. They have everything and a lot of it! Customer service at the deli was amazing. Atmosphere was very nice. There music playlist was on point. All around like this location and will be doing my shopping there from now on

My first time here and it was everything I heard it would be. Didn't have time to wait for the BBQ restaurant to open at 11am but was able to buy some of thier turkey that was really good. Tried a pumpkin empanada from the bakery and it was good. The variety of options was fantastic. They had thier own brand and at least 1 other brand but often more of almost everything. I spent close to an hour exploring the whole store for my first time there and was cautious to keep my spending under $100 for this first trip. Once they build the one that is supposed to be in Sherman, TX I will likely shop here more.

HEB is great with quality of food and produce. Although this HEBs curbside pickup and delivery service is absolute trash and a pain to deal with. I was missing all of my meat items in this order, meat is not cheap, and I was missing $52 worth of meat. Also calling customer service to the store, the girl on the phone was super unprofessional and unproductive. She sounds young, under 21, and was moaning and groaning about helping me with this issue. Asked if I’d like a refund, um no. I ordered groceries, I’d like my groceries. This isn’t DoorDash. I would highly suggest either better training or hiring managers to hire more mature adults, instead of children, to handle customer issues.

Went here the day after Grand opening it was very clean and well maintained.They did have some sales on some item but other stuff a little pricey. 5/23 went to buy a little grocery and witnessed a group of people spreading lies about a customer manipulating employees and managers to follow that customer they go all over telling people at store Walmart, Kroger,etc..and now HEB . I went up to the gentleman and told him he said that been going on for seven yrs and laughing how easy people follow them plus they use the young people because they're easy to manipulate plus put it on their Instagram etc. 7/18/25 went this morning bought a little grocery looking also what on sale meat too high and then witnessed again
Employee the same one following a customer because they are following groups of people on a customer with their lies about that customer. 7/23 went this morning bought a little grocery and beer and witnessed a young group trying to convince employee stocking beer to follow this group against that customer they been lying about. 10/30/25 went to buy some items before the weekend witnessed employee still following this hate groups texting those people on customer plus seen a customer standing behind that customer looking dumb cause he following that group. Wasn't even buying something while wife in another line checking out 😂 11/16/25 went to check out what was on sale with thanksgiving around the corner again witnessed a Hispanic group of customers following this hate groups trying to staged on this customer they are lying about and employee standing next to one while texting this group. Plus using minor to participate can be reported to CPS which they don't tolerate for this staging. 11/21/25 went to buy a little stuff before thanksgiving it was busy and again watch employee waiting at the door to follow that customer this hate groups told lies about and following through his phone with that group as he walked inside the store don't they know store can get sue for employee profile on this customer. And their kin in the police force the customer said they are being investigated for organizing this group. 12/9 went to buy a little grocery and then bought a lottery ticket one got cut and had to dig it out when the door open to the lottery machine had to tell heb employee that the door wasn't locked he needs to tell the manager or who responsible for the machine with the key 🗝️ 12/30 went to get some Mexican pastries for New Year's and witnessed employee following customer standing behind him that following a hate group with their lies. Hate customer follower in store that follows this group.1/19 went to buy a little grocery plus see what they have on discount shelf still seeing hate follower going in there to complaint on customer with their lies from this group.

This place is more like a Texas theme park than a grocery store. It's jam packed with people, shoulder to shoulder, every time I shop there. Kroger and Tom Thumb are a distant 3rd and 4th place behind it.

The beds were amazing and the breakfast was better then continental! The Texas sized toilet paper and Texas Santa pillows were super soft. Opening that fresh high pulp HEB orange juice and enjoying it with of those HEB BBQ Brisket home made HEB tortilla tacos was amazing to start my day! Can't wait when they open a HEB Plus up here for extended stays, with televisions, patio furniture and normal furniture and clothing! (Sarc)
