This location is horrendous. I appreciate the convenience of this store, but I will no longer be shopping here due to the poor customer service.
The old man, Perry, who runs the u-scan during the day is extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. He’s constantly getting an attitude and mumbling under his breath. He’s also gets out his phone to share personal pictures with customers, which is extremely uncomfortable.
The people in the deli and bakery hide in the back and play on their phones. Every time I go, I have to hunt someone down to order deli meat and cheese or get bread sliced. Employees are constantly on their phones and they never wash their hands before they slice bread or slice meat and cheese. I’ve even had the guy in the deli tell me one time that he couldn’t slice meat for me because they were closing early due to the storm. He also told me he couldn’t slice cheese for me because he didn’t like slicing cheese. I was there several hours before they closed and there was no sever storm in the forecast. When he went to hand me the meat, he pretended like he was going to drop it. Super unprofessional.
The customer service manager is always walking around talking to other employee liters instead of assisting customers.
Today was the last straw. They had one lane open during lunch time and one section of u-scan. The man at the u-scan was back talking to several customers and mumbling under his breath. He was lecturing an elderly lady, and started treating another customer poorly. The guy addressed his attitude and commented on how every day he goes in there, he has a terrible experience with the worker.
I asked for assistance with a coupon that wasn’t working, and patiently waited as he assisted other customer. He passed by me two times, so I asked if he could assist me. He mumbled something under his breath, then argued with me about the coupon. Once I showed him that wasn’t the coupon I was inquiring about, he said he couldn’t help me and it was customer services problem and said he would page them. I’m not quite sure why he couldn’t handle it. I waited over 10 minutes for someone from customer service to come over. The man paged multiple times and the customer service manager was just walking around talking to employees. Finally, another lady came and she said she couldn’t assist either. I ended up asking for my order to be canceled as the experience was frustrating. Why was there no one in the store who could assist?
Additionally, the app doesn’t work in this store. It’s super frustrating to try and shop here and add coupons to the app while you shop.
Upper management really needs to look into the incompetence of the employees here and address these issues.

I was so excited when they brought a Kroger to my area. But every time I come in they cannot keep anything in stock. Their meat selection is terrible and they're frequently out of things. I don't understand why you would build such a Giant grocery store and not keep things in stock like basic meats and chicken. And the price is constantly seem to go up $10 for 1 lb of ground beef is absolutely ridiculous. Looks like it might be time to become an H-E-B shopper

Terrible customer service especially on Thanksgiving day. I wish I can give them 0. Worst store and management ever. Needed baby formula but they closed the door earlier than expected.

Ordered a cake but due to not being shown ingredients I was not aware they put something that I am allergic to in the cake. So I am unable to eat the cake with my daughter at her party and I felt like crying 😭 because I was not made aware as it only shows the numbers and not ingredients for the product. And we don't see ingredients until it is finished.

Maybe the worst store experience I’ve ever had.
This employee named Jakirus was absolutely terrible. I asked for help multiple times, and he flat-out refused to assist me acting like I was bothering him just for asking a simple question. He stood there doing nothing while I tried to figure things out on my own. His attitude was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable.
It honestly felt like he went out of his way not to help. I left the store frustrated and disappointed. If this is the kind of service they allow, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Never coming back. Went through self checkout and none of the Kroger discounts were applied. Bought 12 pack of shiner, 12 pack of sam adams, 8 pack of Guinness, 24 oz hv ranch, and tostidos yellow queso. Prove me wrong Kroger.

This was our first experience at this pharmacy today. And I must say it was best pharmacy we have used (and we are in our 70s). The pharmacist and pharmacy assistant this morning were so kind and efficient. Despite being very busy, they worked as a team together to help us with our flu and COVID shots as well as prescription. They were conscientious and constantly aware of helping as many people as possible while remaining so pleasant. The pharmacist gave "good" shots -- hardly felt anything. I highly recommend this Kroger pharmacy.

Oh it was great for a few months every checkout open no waiting 90 days later there’s literally NO CHECKOUTS open. It’s like they don’t want you to buy anything. Go to HEB at least they will check you out

This Kroger market is clean and well stocked! Great staff here, especially Carolina at the self checkout, who went above and beyond to help me and helped me sign up for Kroger rewards, Great experience!

I went in this morning just for milk right after I had also got gas. My daughter wanted donuts and all of the sudden as im getting donuts, she got up and dad i have to pee amd she couldn't wait so, she let it go, the guy behind the counter, didnt get his name knew I felt embarrassed and said he will get maintenance, I told him I'd clean it. But he insisted, and gave the most sincere look and said take care of your daughter and we will take over, and maintenance showed up and she as well reassured everything is fine and that her daughter has done the same. My daughter felt embarrassed also. But this is why people come to places like this. Serving customers more ways then just whats expected but what isnt. This gesture really meant a lot. I hope this is read and someone let him and thank him again along with the other associate who helped.

Anthony, the gentleman over at customer service was less than helpful with the service. I asked him if I could please get help/ assistance in locating an item from the 2-day sale he just said do you know where this department is and I said yes and he's like okay look over there. That is not the help I request it I was requesting actual guidance from somebody in the department. He gave me a name Carlos whom I had to find. I then learned after asking someone else the product was out of stock.
He should have just said, the item is out of stock
Since it is a two-day sale they do not offer rain checks which is understandable Anthony at customer service should be able to assist direct and be more friendly actually wanting to assist considering there are other supermarkets very close in the area namely HED 5 minutes up the road
My feedback would be simple Anthony, please act more like your name and be highly prized worthy or most precious one please treat your customers just as that we help you to ensure that you get a paycheck since we're spending our hard-earned money.

Promo pricing and checkout pricing does not match. It’s not a huge difference but Seems a bit dishonest, consumer report did an investigation on this.
Note: They do offer to correct it, if you are willing to waste more time and complain.
