We have received excellent service, professionalism, and kindness that went above and beyond at the Kroger Pharmacy in Melissa! Today, we pulled all of our prescriptions over from Walgreens to Kroger. Alisha (pharmacy tech), Ibrahim Ahmed (pharmacy tech), and Peggy (pharmacist) helped us get medicines filled efficiently and professionally. If you know how it is when you really need your medications by a certain time, and it’s urgent sometimes, then you understand why you need a pharmacy like this with people who will actually help you!

Poor quality control, gave me a prescription that expired 7 months prior. Not sure how this can happen. Thankfully not a significant medication.

Both the regular pharmacist and the assistant along with all of the staff are very kind. The staff are very knowledgeable and understanding when you need to get your prescriptions. Overall 10/10

I called about a refill for one of my prescriptions! I found out that my insurance changed my copay that is far too expensive for my budget. A nice young man named Tiger, that was friendly and courteous, assisted me in getting a card from the manufacturer for a discount! I didn’t have to pay anything, and so grateful I am to Tiger, that went that extra mile for me!!! Thanks Tiger!

We have had excellent service and when the medication wasn’t available they went above and beyond to contact the Dr. and get a revised prescription sent over ASAP for an alternative medication.

Called the pharmacy yesterday April 15 to inquire if they had a medication in stock. I normally use the Kroger in McKinney. This month, the McKinney location had only 30 and I needed 60. Been thinking about switching to this Kroger as it’s newer and closer. However——
The pharmacy DID have the medication. They told me they would not fill the script as they were saving it for existing customers even though I had an active script at the other Kroger location.
I can appreciate the loyalty to its customers however, they had over 150 pills and I needed 30. I am part of the Kroger family, had an existing script at the other location.
I guess my answer to moving to the nearest Kroger is answered. I will never set foot in that door of Kroger Melissa.

Great pharmacy and an absolutely outstanding pharmacist! She was so helpful with answering my questions about my medication that I switched from the CVS across the street to here.
