10-14-25 7:50am Bought 3 monsters for fuel discount. The counter clerk didn’t ask for my reward # and I happened to forget because of the incredibly long line. Went back inside to get my discount added and was told that discount only applies to fuel purchases at the same time. Which 1000% inaccurate cause I have been buying monsters while at work, then putting discounted fuel my personal truck 3-4 days later. I have been coming here at least 4 days a week for 3 years. ILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!

Recently made a visit to this RaceTrac in Melissa and noticed two young men help a disabled man with a cane. They walked him to the counter, helped him complete his purchase and helped him walk back to his car. Those two young workers names were Omar and Chrystian. They really put a positive spin on my day and gave me a great experience this visit. Their teamwork and big hearts inspired me to write this review. Give those two young men a thank you next time you are in this RaceTrac! 💙

Horrible place , as I walked to the store one of the cashier’s (male ) said out loud that I was on the wrong holiday just because I was wearing a Xmas pjs at 9pm , is like I have to give explanation of what I’m wearing when coming to buy stuff. At first I try to ignore his comment’s but when I was ready to pay the same cashier continue with childish attitude towards me saying I was on the wrong holiday asking me stupid questions. I got so upset and asked him if it was necessary for me to answer his stupid questions and asked for his name to talk to his manager but he refused to give me his name but luckily his manager showed up and talked to him.

It’s a decent Racetrac but the bathroom is always covered in a fresh layer of piss. It’s crazy.

The restrooms are always dirty, story messy, and the younger clerks don’t speak but open mouth chew gum. I asked one if that was it because i wasn’t sure if my card went through since I didn’t get a receipt or any notification the transaction was done. He was just staring and gave me thumbs up. A simple you’re all set is helpful rather than having two people stare at each other wondering what the other is doing.

Make sure you check the price at the pump. The price they advertise on their own sign they don’t honor. Typical bait and switch. Excuse when pointed it out was they are too busy but it was only changed an hour ago. So for the last hour you have been scamming $.30/gal of every customer who purchased regular? Thats $6 on my transaction alone. That’s easily hundreds of dollars and the customers response is “it’s on the pump”. I didn’t check the pump price because it’s on the sign by the road in neon lights. Crooked.

Would be nice if a good store was in Melissa. Use the app or get rid of it!!!! Your employees should be up on that. Trying to avoid scanning my app I don’t want to comeback your overpriced as it is I want the points and I’m owed points now! I’ll get it back if not Ang won’t comeback I’m telling you give me my points or I’ll use my own discounts and see how paying nothing works out for your long term.

When you can tell that they are reusing hardware from other stores instead of using brand new hardware. It really puts you somewhere else entirely.

It’s a good stop for bathroom break and snacks. I’ve been stopping there for yrs when I do a DFW trip. Not a lot but about 6 to 7 times a year. I have noticed the soft serve ice cream island has been unstocked my last 3 trips. Maybe have just went after a busy time.

This gas station is always clean, the workers are friendly, the snacks are stocked, and the froyo is bomb! My favorite flavor is the strawberry, bc it’s super creamy and has great flavor!

The gas pumps are dirty. Gas comes out of the pump before you even pull the trigger spilling gas everywhere.The actual keypad look gross and Apple Pay doesn’t work.
