Staff are not well trained to make the orders correctly . If you order a drink plus something to they just make the drink and forger the food . Seats are dirty floor is not clean . Whoever is manager at this location is doing a really bad job keeping the good quality I’m used to have when I visit any starbucks .

First, they made my hot drink iced.And they didn’t sleeve the hot drink? I thought I don’t have to ask, at least I saw other customers getting sleeves without asking.

I don't know when Starbucks started the initiative of small talk at the window and the speaker but it really slows down service. It should not take 17 minutes to go through a drive-thru, and this has happened every single time I've come here over the last 2 years. Also, they used to start your food items in the oven when you ordered it at the speaker, why are they starting it when you get to the window now? And it's not just this location either, it seems to be everywhere. Always a line, always chit chat at the speaker, this is not the Starbucks I grew up with.

People are super friendly but they need to be trained on making their drinks more consistent. Pretty sure my iced shaken espresso is missing the espresso.

This Starbucks is the worst!! My husband brought this for me and 2 inches of drink is missing. Supposed to have whipped cream too. We live 6 min from the shop! This is not the only time we have had issues. My husband has had his drinks come out the same way and they never get our order right. Training needs to be redone here or they need to let some people go. We pay too much money for mistakes like this. Very disappointing.

I don’t know why the workers here feel so inclined to skimp out on drinks just because I paid with stars (I used to tip in cash right after :/). Y’all know how much it costs to get a free drink, right? Especially after giving constant $5 tips even over small orders…. a practice I’ve given up at this point. The customer service here just progressively gets worse.

Nice location ruined by slow service. The slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. Been multiple times same story no matter what time of day. Waited 25 mins in the drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of me.

I've never been inside a Starbucks where the staff was so friendly. Like....everyone here seems to love their job. And more importantly, they seem to love providing good customer service.At least 3 baristas told me to have a nice day.This type of behavior is shocking for a chain. Especially Starbucks.
