Don't give these people your business. They have a terrible rating for a reason. The messed up my order 2 times. I decided to say something the second time. I called in and told them this was the second time they messed up. They offered me a free 15 piece to make up for it. Since I get wingstop for my family every month (orders over$100) I figured why not. Nothing was stated about a 2 week limit for credits.I had a medical emergency that landed me on hospital and was ill for a full month. I called in a few days after getting home from the hospital to place an order and the woman I spoke to was so rude. She kept repeating it's been over 2 weeks and we won't honor any credits. I asked to speak to a manager and she placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called again and they kept hanging up the phone. I called the next day and spoke to a polite but incompetent assistant manager. Told him what happened and he said the manager Anna who gave me the credit didn't even write my name down in the credit book.On principal alone I won't give these ghetto theives my hard earned honest money ever again. I'm also getting a credit from my bank for my last order. Over a dang 15 piece when I spend about 100 every month as a treat for my entire family. There are plenty of wing places. They aren't special and hopefully they get new management bc the ones running the place are obviously terrible. There ghetto rude employees are a reflection of management.

Service wasn't bad. A little slow. But food was SO SALTY. we couldn't eat it. Chicken, fries, everything. Horrible food. Sorry but won't be back to this location.

Placed order on line for pickup. When I got my notification that order would ready when I got to store. I get there and after 20min was told no order found. I said ok can I place an order now. After I assume the manager(he never told me his name)came and took my order from my phone which showed it was placed. I sit another 30min while I watch numerous (7) people place and p/u orders. I understand problems arise sometimes but when I got my order it was under cooked. My experience made me feel like I was not a customer priority. I have been in CS all my life. What I experienced was untrained unfriendly employees and poor service.

The wait times are so inaccurate at this location, and the employees don't seem to care. Placed an order at 5:30, the app said 16-21 mins, but I told them to have it ready at 6:20 instead. My order wasn't ready until 6:50. Would recommend going elsewhere unless you're prepared to wait an hour with very misleading wait times.

Worst place to order food it takes about an hour.You can see the employees standing talking to each other, they don't care if you sating or standing for 45min to an hour, and the order was place on line.

Wifey was craving wings for her birthday.We ordered the Wholelotta special - 3 flavors the wings were all undercooked and not seasoned (yuck) some of the fries were still frozen… (double yuck)I even sent a review to them when asked by Wingstop, they never even responded.It’s sad and it looks like our experience is not just an anomaly….BW3 is not too far. Thankfully

The worst customer service I have ever seen! We walked into an empty restaurant and stood in front of the cashier for a solid 5 min while the manager stood next to her scolding her for something she had done before we entered (it was very unprofessional). Neither of them looked up or addressed us. The cashier stormed off and the manager walked away without even looking at us once! We then asked another employee if we could order (we are very confused on why no one will speak to us at this point) he says "sure" and takes our order. We sit down and watch for 45 min while people come in and place orders and get food before us. When I kindly asked the guy who took our order how much longer it would be he silently just walked away to the kitchen, so we were assuming he would come to us and let us know how much longer or if our order was missed. Nope. 5 min later I got up and asked again, AGAIN greeted with no words lol what is going on over there? There is zero desire to be in customer service at all! After an hour with no updates, we decided we were done waiting so we asked for a refund. Had to wait another 10 mins for the GM to come give us a refund. Not once during the process did she speak to us, ask what the issue was, or apologize for the horrible experience. My entire family is in the food service industry and this experience blew my mind. No idea how this business keeps its doors open. Corporate should definitely take a look at all the horrible reviews for this location and get new management as this location is lacking some serious guidance. Will never be back, such a waste of time.

You will wait 2-4 times longer than whatever they tell you. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and 2 customers have already requested refunds for their orders. The employees are all walking around clueless and incompetent. One of the kitchen workers just picked a spilled ranch off the floor and continued working without washing his hands. Go anywhere but here, seriously...
