Great selection and nice layout. I just wish there was customer service. I come here routinely and it’s always the same, the cashier hangs out at the counter, maybe acknowledges me, maybe doesn’t, doesn’t ask if I need assistance, doesn’t offer any promotions, really just a major lack of care for the customer. However when I am paying, i get a slight glimpse of it. The current customer service is unacceptable.

I have to say the store #2070 at Rio Grande Valley is one of the best stores I have been in. I have make a habit to continue to go to this store. The customer service is the best of the best. The employees, Selena, Carmen and Hector are very helpful and professional. I can't say enough about this location. Not only is the service great, the Johnston Murphy shoes are top quality. Some people think they are expensive but the quality you get compare to some of the other brands is priceless. In ending, if you want a top quality shoe and excellent customer service, go see Selena, Carmen, and Hector at the Johnston Murphy store in Mercedes, TX. Once you go you will see why I continue to go back. Be safe, be mindful.
