Placed an order online for shoes for my son, called to check if order was ready . I spoke with Jovanni who was so attentive and made sure to let me know if I could pick them up or not since I was coming from San Juan. She reminded us to try on the shoes before we left the store and we ended up having to make a quick exchange on sizes. So that helped a lot and saved us a trip.Alyssa was very informative on a protective spray at the counter and so friendly. So great to see such fellow young ladies working hard and being so helpful nowadays. Thank you girlies! My son and I greatly appreciate it!

I just want to give a shout-out to the girls at Journeys in Mercedes, they helped out my daughter choose some shoes for school. We we’re in and out lol if not we would have been there for hours. The girls asked my daughter what grade she was going to and right away they showed her the shoes that are trending for her age. Loved the customer service.

I literally drive all the way too this store. There staff is very attentive and there store manager Joe is awesome. I'm just saddened that there AC has been down for quite awhile even though that doesn't stop me from shopping there, but I'm concerned for there staff working under that situation saddens me. I feel like Corporate should do more for there staff since they work so hard.

Journeys was a favorite store of mine as a teenager, and the I worked there in my twenties and now I have a teenager that I shop for. I'm glad their still in business and that they've stayed true to the quality of shoes they offer. However limited what they have is worth checking out.

Awesome staff member I don't remember her name but she did excellent. Attentive and valued my word when I told her I would come back for the shoes she helped me with! If I new her name it would help but I only have her employee number on the receipt. Great experience and I'm from Chicago. Hope she hears about this.
