I had a red deer processed at Meridian Locker Plant and it was start to finish a great experience. Very pleased with the attention they gave to the steak cuts, their breakfast sausage and the quality on the leftover grind. Prep and packaging of the meat was very professional, the vac sealed packs had all of the right steps...
