Meridian State Park is a beautiful and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The park features scenic hiking trails, including a long loop trail with lots of shady areas and stunning scenery. Visitors can find plenty of wildlife, crystal-clear ponds, and water burbling all around. It is an ideal spot for picnics, swimming, and fishing, with tackle boxes and fishing poles available at the main office. The park is very clean, with well-maintained bathrooms, although some areas can be more humid in the summer. There’s a variety of trails accessible from campsites, making it easy to explore the water and nature sounds. The staff is friendly, and visitors can enjoy park Wi-Fi at the office and campground. Overall, Meridian State Park offers a quiet, scenic environment where visitors can forget the world for a while and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Very nice, clean state park. I really like the scenic one way loop. Definitely will be back when it’s cooler.

Beautiful place!! There is a loop trail that is the longest one in the park that is beautiful. Lots of shady parts. Lovely place to picnic as well. And see wildlife.
