I know these guys well and have never had a bad experience. But, yes, they are a wholesale shop and are not gonna hold your hand and baby you. If you need that, go pay way more elsewhere.

I have used 3 D signs on a couple of projects and have found that the signs are extremely well made, the installation was professional, and the staff is courteous and attentive.
