This place deserves a zero stars. They have a double entry door and keep one side locked with no signs saying that the door is locked. I attempted to use this door and a employee here yells at me asking if I am trying to break the door. I said no the door is not opening then the employee says we keep that door locked for a reason. I asked what was the reason and they couldn't give me one. I explained that there should be a sign indicating that the door is locked and to use the other door

Bring your own toilet paper if you need to make a stop here. Watched an employee get into an argument with a guest because he informed here that there was no toilet paper in the restroom. She told him \\\"that wasn't her job\\\".??

Usually have a good experience w/this 7- Eleven car wash. I went through last week & paid for the premium wash. It completely shut down half way through the wash. I had to leave with my car covered in foam.

Worst customer service in the industry. Refuse to give refund from broken down car wash. Referred to an 800 number and was told they would look into it. No transparency, refused to say who managed the store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Go East about 1 mile and QT gas station much better service and quality food!!

I hate that i had to give a star at all because this store does NOT deserve one. The guy working over night has got to be one of the worst customer service employee ive ever seen. He does not even speak a word to you AT ALL. Not even when you are speaking to him he just completely ignors you. So unprofessional

9/13/2019 Used debit card to pay for gas, I told clerk I wanted $40.00 applied to debit card. I realized I did not receive $40.00 in gas purchase. Went into store next day and showed clerk and manager receipt, asking how much did I pump? The clerk told me they keep the money as profit Manager Ms Yewub could not find in system even though she had receipt in hand. Her attitude was arrogant and unprofessional Called ExxonMobil (case number 1294928) they said I should call 7-11 (case number Cs0112386) Still waiting for reply.
