Terrible & Slow customer service, there's an old prune working the register that is the worst, Slow as hell and rude. Pizza is always undercooked every time. The only good worker up there is a older African American gentleman, he's cool. The women "working" up there are terrible they need to rehire different staff.

Just got threat from one of the employees today. Paid for $20 of gas, she forgot to put it on the pump and actually threaten me for reminding her!!

i would rate less than a 1 star if i could, i was trying to use the restroom until an employee stopped and told me i cant use it because i was a student, i have early release so i have no reason to be in school, and she kept on harassing me saying that i was using that as an excuse, she also went ahead and harassed my friend, some staff are actually nice though.

The staff in this store are racist against the young African American students who patronize it's store. This morning I witnessed this first hand. A young man had purchased a drink and begin to walk out and the cashier immediately stopped him. She thought he had stolen the drink until the store manager who refused to give her name stated the student paid for his drink. I spoke up and told her she was wrong for making that assumption. Then a Hispanic cashier commented that all these black male students do is come in the store to shoplift. I stated I'm sure it's not just the black students who shoplift in their store. I was so upset about their actions and comments that I walked out without purchasing anything. To the Parents off students at John Horn please be aware of this happening to your kids. This happened at the 7-11 on Panthaim P. Lucas store. Shame on the staff there. Students stop spending your money there in protest against this unfair treatment. I asked for the district managers name and contact information but the store manager refused to give it to me.

came inside and the oldlady was rude when i asked if any decaf coffee was ready. she ignored me and kept talking to another customer. never coming back to this 7-Eleven.

The employees that work at this 7-Eleven are what keeps me keep coming back day after day. Someone if not all of them greet and welcome me when I come in with warmth and kindness. They go above and beyond to help with any product inventory questions concerns and or complaints. They keep the store nice and clean especially the bathroom. It's the cleanest 711 bathroom I've seen consistently clean and well kept. They see you at the register and right away they come to assist and ring you up. They all seem to have positive cohesive relationships amongst the coworkers. Pizza is made hot and fresh. Each shift including morning, evening, and night shift are such friendly, hardworking, people of solid character. Best customer service, friendliest,most efficient, helpful, and clean 711 I've been too.My go to store.

Robin T., Ashley W., and the Manager Camille are fabulous workers. They always greet everyone as they walk in the door. Robin always asks how my Mom is when she doesn't come in when I stop there to get our Slurpee's. This is what customer service is and it makes me feel good when they ask about my Mom. Keep up the good work. I'll definitely keep coming back. This is the 7- eleven store number 33122 located at 2601 Faithon P Lucas in Mesquite.
