Absolute worse, and I will never use them again. I bought a washer and dryer combo back in October! They delivered it to me 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. When the washer and dryer arrived, they connected it to see if everything worked, and the dryer didn't work. The delivery guy said they'd bring me a new one out. A month passed nothing, I followed up consistently, and no one showed for another 2 weeks. They told me they were going to give me a brand new replacement, they came out and "fixed the dryer" it still didn't work. I called back 3x finally I got irritated, and finally, they sent someone out to smgive me a loaner. The loaner was old and doesn't work as well. I called again, and they said they'll send someone out today, May 28th it's the end of business day, and I called, and the phone was answered and immediately hung up. I'm fed up and have been dealing with this for 7 months now, but they call me every week for a payment that was already received, but never called me to fix this issue I'm dealing with. At this point, I need to file a formal complaint with Aaron's corporate office.

I don’t even have my items in my home yet and I’m already having issues with the customer service line and my local store. I called the customer service line when I was looking online to furnish my new apartment and I will ask specific questions I got answers one was will I need to wait to do my order because I don’t actually move into the 17th so that is the day that I will need all of the items the customer service rep very friendly seemed very knowledgeable. No go ahead and make my order because some of my items wouldn’t will take about two maybe three weeks in order to get to me so I made my order for about six different things which is weird that you have to make a new lease agreement for every item instead of being able to put things in your cart and then do one agreement , that’s not what I’m here for though so I go make the initial payment all of the things I’m looking to see what was pending. What was there at the store all of that on my app that I did download and start an account for and I see that some of the things don’t say pending anymore. I wanna make sure that they haven’t been delivered because I don’t live there. I don’t know who lives there. I don’t know if the apartment is empty what so I call the store which is still supposed to be open for about two hours and I let the phone ring about 10 or 15 minutes twice and nobody answered so I call the one 800 number back and I am told by some very rude , customer service rep named Nelly and which who started yelling and talking over me and all of that kind of stuff to our conversation that all of the items will go to the store in the store to set up a delivery schedule fine in the middle of our conversation, the Aaron store calls me back because they see that they have a missed call and I asked the guy that Aunt that called me the young and whoever he was I’m trying to find out. Make sure that none of my items were delivered. I need to set up a delivery date for the 17th. He tells me that some of my items are coming straight from the warehouse and will be delivered to me. Nobody called me and said anything OK so I’m telling him that I don’t live there yet. I don’t move into the 17th. He says he’s gonna give me the warehouse phone number and tell them not to deliver into set up. I told him No , that is not what I do as a customer. This is not what I was told. He says well that’s how it was gonna work and and that’s it so I hang up with him and get back to the customer service rep. Customer service rep is very, very, very rude very rude telling me what isn’t her job and what is telling me that it’s not her job to call the warehouse or store to make sure that everything is right I don’t even even have the items in my home yet I don’t even have them and there’s already a problem. What have I signed up for

The worst experience you could ever hope for my mom keep going to this company just to get her money taking, faulty equipment and very poor customer service not cool at all so now I have to be her voice because she is retired and don't feel like dealing with these people anymore. This is her 3rd stackable washer and dryer set in 3 years and the mesquite store seems to not care but I bet they got there money all in full and here we are again with another set that does not work and having trouble getting someone to replace it with a set that actually works.

The experience I've had with Aaron's overall has been a fairly decent experience...However, the lack of professionalism in dealings with their customers regarding financial situations continues to lacking and very unacceptable. I respect a company doing their job but to do it to a degree of laughing in a customer's face when they are simply explaining their situation is ridiculous. If you want customers to continue to be respectful you may wanna practice the same....otherwise I'll have no problem returning the rude gesture.

Don't order from them promises can't keep always on time with my payments dryer broke sent tech out 5 times still broke issues not resolved Aaron's promised a replacement for months now dryer is now payed off and still no update alot of fluff talk

Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING TO THEM!Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. Delivery was suppose to be from time frame 11am-3pm. I don’t know if they stopped and ate lunch or what. But they showed up hours later. Then, the Manager called and told me my TV wouldn’t have legs on it and I would need to go buy legs for the TV. Then, they get here and need a physical ID. I show them a valid copy of my ID on my phone that’s visible, Gina (The Manager) said they couldn’t deliver it if I didn’t have my physical ID. None of this was discussed prior. I am absolutely disgusted with this place. And of course, they’re all black. My own people. Sad.

You can find a wide selection of brand names online, and they ship it to the store. The staff were knowledgeable, kind and professional. The manager is amazing, and she goes above and beyond to help you.
