The staff were nice but they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have my medication. They substituted it with a crappier version of mine which sucks. The prices are good if you have coupons.

Ramona is an elderly lady whom was very rude to me at the pharmacy. I tried to tell her my concerns and instead of listening, she talked to me like I’m stupid. Please beware of this lady as she is no help what so ever and would not give efforts to understand my concerns. Customers should always come first. Very rude lady. 1 star and I may be finding somewhere else to get my scripts from here on. I havnt quite decided

The manager of this store is a racist person! It seems like he doesn't want Hispanic people shopping there! as if dollars didn't have the same value. I bought a bottle of wine and he asked me for a driver's license so he could sell me and since I didn't have one I couldn't buy.! He was rude and could not hide the discrimination. He had a drink special offer and he charged me regular price! When I asked him he was rude and dismissive.! I definitely won't be back! . and if you are Hispanic do not spend your money in this place!!! Albertons. a great disappointment

On May 7, 2023, I was promised by a deli associate that I would receive 50 pieces of freshly cooked fried chicken. I shopped around in the store, awaiting my order, as the deli associate told me it would only take 15-20 minutes. After making my purchase, I went to the deli to pick up the chicken. The deli associate told me he would meet me at check-out to ensure I purchased the chicken. Weird to me, honestly. I don't know if every customer is treated this way. After purchasing the chicken separately, I received the chicken, and the associate kept my receipt. I honestly don't understand why he decided to keep my receipt. The box was not hot to touch. I opened the box, and the pieces I observed on top seemed to be freshly cooked. It was maybe 6-8 pieces. Upon arrival at family dinner, which was in Seagoville, TX, about 20 minutes away, we discovered that the chicken at the bottom was cold, dry, and discolored. There was no way, in the middle of serving dinner, that I or any family member could drive all the way across town to correct something that was assured to us. Instead, we went a block over and spent additional money to replace Albertsons low standards of chicken. The next day, May 8, 2023, I spoke with Gearld, the store director, and he was the most disgusting person I've ever encountered! After telling him what happened, his immediate response was, "Well, what do you want me to do?" Excuse me, sir! You're the leader of the store. Make this right! He also went on to make an accusation, saying that the deli associate did make it fresh, but the associate was off today, so he couldn't confirm. He would also check the cameras to see if the associate did as he said! If I'm the customer, why are you badgering me and making me feel like I'm a liar? He didn't offer a solution and told me he would follow up once he talked to the associate. Why does the customer have to wait? As store director, this should have been resolved immediately! I will no longer give my business to this location! It's really disheartening that people like Gearld are exposed to the public! He needs to do his job or retire if he's tired! The rudeness and lack of empathy will not be tolerated!

Even though I didn't use the pharmacy I did buy groceries here. Everyone here is friendly and extremely helpful. Everything is well stocked and the store is always clean. I Love shopping here because they have things I can't find at the other stores, but the only thing that is very confusing is they had meat on sale ( the hams in particular) and then they also had another sticker on them for 50% off so I was thinking about getting a couple of them but the young man that was wondering in the meat section told me that I could either get the price for the first mark down or I could take the 50% off of the original price not the mark down and the discount that was added. He was telling me this as he was trying to take the additional half price sticker on there. What a shame because I definitely would have purchased several for my family and it would have been great since meat prices are too high and this would have fed my family for a while.

Though Kate Brown, OR Gov has extended the mask mandate, Albertsons, Keck Drive, McMinnville not only allows customers to roam the store without masks, and, though it mandates masks for staff, more than half wear them around their neck and/or strategically placed beneath their noses and loose enough to be ineffective. I've witnessed pharmacy staff walk from the entrance with a "mask around their neck" to the pharmacy, open the door, walk straight to the "pill counting station," and start filling prescriptions WITHOUT WASHING OR SANITIZING their hands or bothering to adjust the mandated mask (which means they entered Albertson's with whatever germs they had on their hands from driving, scratching an itch, touching who knows what).Additionally, some workers at the deli do NOT wear gloves (w/masks below their noses)--AND, DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!I've talked to the manager of the store, who said, "If I enforce the mandate, someone's going to get killed."Interesting, "WONDER HOW MANY HAVE DIED FROM COVID HAVING SHOPPED AT ALBERTSON'S HAVING CONTRACTED THE VIRUS--WOULDN'T THAT BE CALLED "MURDER?"Personally, I think the store should be shut down until Administration and Management are willing to comply with Mandatory Masks worn properly by ALL staff and customers entering and shopping in the store--AND, staff follow handwashing/glove wearing requirements.
