They constantly sell me out of date and rotten products. It has gotten to the point at this store me and my wife can’t trust them to throw out old food items. You have to check the dates on everything you buy here. We have called the managers on multiple occasions. They do not seem to care. It isn’t even a hard issue to fix.

I come here today to buy food and I can't get what I pay for all the money I spent here and the worker don't care to help you at all they will tell you I'm here for a paycheck and I don't care if you pay for it or not don't want to hear your story pay for it again like a 100 gift card its nothing for me I know she had it because she the one check me out I ask her to put it in the bag when I got home can't find it she kept it for herself I can bet on it because when I when back that and told her I didn't get my gift card she roll her eyes saying she had it to me I said no u didn't I ask for my Receive back She drew it away and she's not getting out of the garbage

I could be wrong but this is based off my experience. So I stepped in to buy fresh fish an hour before close. So the store is open…right? I asked the manager on duty if the area was still open. She replied oh they are gone home for the day. (While she is sitting down) Huh? Ok. I don’t argue and I don’t ask people to go the extra mile for me. But as a store manager myself…I would have said yeah they are gone home but let’s see if I can get you what you need. Lol I really could have got my own fish fillets and rang myself up because I’m familiar with the equipment. But that’s customer service for you. Some people are really good at it and some people are not shrug ?♀️.. also be aware when buying products from this location. I almost bought a jar of expired mayo.

One time i bought moldy garlic and i brought it by next day and they were very helpful and kind. I got a refund swiftly. Also u guys rock for being open late I appreciate it.

The deli department are lazy and rude. They will tell you there department is closed or they already washed and clean the slicer. Why is this done before closing and why not hang a sign saying so. They roll their eyes and sigh especially the young girls that closed They are never helpful but quick to take home food

On May 7, 2023, I was promised by a deli associate that I would receive 50 pieces of freshly cooked fried chicken. I shopped around in the store, awaiting my order, as the deli associate told me it would only take 15–20 minutes. After making my purchase, I went to the deli to pick up the chicken. The deli associate told me he would meet me at check-out to ensure I purchased the chicken. Weird to me, honestly. I don’t know if every customer is treated this way. After purchasing the chicken separately, I received the chicken, and the associate kept my receipt. I honestly don’t understand why he decided to keep my receipt. The box was not hot to touch. I opened the box, and the pieces I observed on top seemed to be freshly cooked. It was maybe 6–8 pieces. Upon arrival at family dinner, which was in Seagoville, TX, about 20 minutes away, we discovered that the chicken at the bottom was cold, dry, and discolored. There was no way, in the middle of serving dinner, that I or any family member could drive all the way across town to correct something that was assured to us. Instead, we went a block over and spent additional money to replace Albertsons low standards of chicken. The next day, May 8, 2023, I spoke with Gerald, the store director, and he was the most disgusting person I’ve ever encountered! After telling him what happened, his immediate response was, "Well, what do you want me to do?" Excuse me, sir! You’re the leader of the store. Make this right! He also went on to make an accusation, saying that the deli associate did make it fresh, but the associate was off today, so he couldn’t confirm. He would also check the cameras to see if the associate did as he said! If I’m the customer, why are you badgering me and making me feel like I’m a liar? He didn’t offer a solution and told me he would follow up once he talked to the associate. Why does the customer have to wait? As store director, this should have been resolved immediately! I will no longer give my business to this location! It’s really disheartening that people like Gerald are exposed to the public! He needs to do his job or retire if he’s tired! The rudeness and lack of empathy will not be tolerated!

Stop to buy water , great deal buy one get one free ! When I get to the register an old lady said , you can only get 6 , problem is there was no signs saying that! Albertsons can do better advertising so customers don’t have to put merchandise back on the shelves ! Employees need to work on their people skills and learn to interact and talk to other cultures! I felt I wasn’t welcome by the cashier attitude !
