If I could do zero I would absolutely no help and they wouldn’t understand that I made a card through klarna they kept refusing to put it back and just rude the manager on duty was even ruder and refusing to understand I used klarna online and couldn’t bring that card back up it was a one time use

I enjoy shopping at Town East Mall location every Christmas. This year, Tabitha, an associate there, was very helpful to me and my daughter. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She's a keeper. She even made my daughter smile, which is hard to do. Great customer service and a great atmosphere too.

The girls that work here are always rude. They loveeeee to give me a hard time every time I shop here. The only nice one is the manager. He always makes my pick up orders smooth and fast. He always greets me and is a great help!

So much for the store employees honoring where they are putting things up at. Then for them to say they were put in the wrong spot. That is not the customers fault! They will not honor the price as well even when found in clearance area.

Lot of nice clothes specially for guys, nice coats, jackets and sweaters. They had 40 percent off in everything for the Christmas season.
