Kaye was great! She was knowledgeable and nice to work with. You need more staff like her with a attentive and caring attitude. She helped both me and my wife and we will never go anywhere else for eye care !

Dr Nguyen was very personable and explained exam clearly, would recommend. Kaye assisted with glasses purchase, listen to request, explained differences. Both were very professional in assisting.

Check your glasses! One pair came out soft and with two circles in the middle of the lens, the manager told me that I couldn't benefit from the guarantee because the month had passed! Obviously late in using it because I never thought I would use them so quickly and even less that they had turned out defective!I MADE THE BIG MISTAKE OF BUYING OTHER LENSES, TO START AFTER FOUR WEEKS THAT THEY NEVER TOOK THE TROUBLE TO TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE TO NOTIFY THAT THEY ARE READY TO PICK UP, I HAD TO DRIVE 3O MIN TO ASK IF THEY WERE ALREADY THEN THEY CALL THEM AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER. THEY GAVE ME GOOD LENSES BUT THE SECOND PAIR WERE CRACKED! I TOLD THE MISS THAT THEY WERE WRONG AND AFTER “FIXING THEM” I CONTINUE TELLING HER THAT THEY ARE WRONG, THEY TELL ME THAT THE MANAGER IS GOING TO TALK TO ME, THE MANAGER COMES AND TELLS ME THAT SHE SEES THEM WELL THAT NO ONE HAS A PERFECT FACE! HOW DARE YOU TELL ME THAT??!! WHEN I TELL YOU THAT THE OTHER LENSES ARE GOOD, THOSE ARE NOT! HONESTLY THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME JUST TO NOT ACCEPT THAT THE LENSES ARE WRONG.IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BUY HERE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!P E S I M O!!

I’m a single mom and I didn’t understand my coverage. Iris took out time to explain how I could get the most out of my coverage. She even waited while my daughters picked out better frames. I’m so grateful for her.

The buffet line wait is way too long. Plan on going to several different rooms and waiting at least 15-20 minutes per room. more than an hour to even get to the front to pick your glasses. The people there were nice but the wait is what will make me find somewhere else by the time I need another eye exam.

My husband and I stopped in late Saturday 11/18/23 afternoon to get help with his broken glasses. We were helped right away, the front desk staff were awesome. The tech Kathy went above and beyond to get him a new frame and popped in the current lenses. All this was done while we waited and we were out in less than a 1/2 hour!Thanks America's Best for living up to your name! ; )

Doctors are not amenable at this location. I Don't drive and Lyft and Uber around town. Made it to my appointment 15 minutes late due to traffic and was told they wouldn't see me. Which means I paid to get here and back home and they wanted me to reschedule for another day. No where on the website does it say that you cannot be seen if you are late for the "last appointment of the day." Not only that the manager lied and said the doctors have a "strict leave time of 5:00." Since I had to wait for my ride to come anyway, I just sat and watched the doctor in office walking around well after 5:00pm. How can I be the last appointment if I see the Doctor still in office well after 5:00pm? If this is the policy there should be a notice that pops up when you schedule online. LAST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN. Forwarn people of what to expect. Because no one called to confirm my appointment. Also, the front desk staff is unknowledgeable. I called on Monday of this week to confirm that they could see my insurance information that I paid for last month. The front desk rep was unwilling to help to the point I had to ask for a manager. I spoke with June who was VERY helpful she gave me the number to call to get things updated. There is major room for improvement where the service here is concerned. I understand the front staff is separate from the doctors that work here. There needs to be better communication about the "last appointment of the day" for Saturdays.Addendum: Since I had to wait for another Lyft/Uber I did get to try on some glasses the same day. And the manger gave me her card and offered an additional 10% off for my future purchase. I understand in this case the front office staff have no control over the doctors choice to see me, or not see me. I'm not unreasonable, I just wish the doc had some Grace for me that day.

Trinity is horrible. No Customer service skills. Please train this rude person. She is snappy, and short with people. No smile, no welcoming feeling. She must hate her job. Never go to this location!! I wish it had zero stars.

Thank you to Jessica for taking the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. I have been going to Americas Best for several years and have never had a problem. Entire staff at the Mesquite site is really the best!

Carlos was amazing! I was in and out within an hour, and I am very satisfied with my visit! The only thing is pricing, but that is normal these days.
