I called this store by accident, meant to call a different furniture store. I had a simple question. The man was very rude and hung up in my face. We are in need of new rugs and wall decor, definitely won’t be shopping here anytime soon! i was very polite and the man that answered was disrespectful for no reason.

At home is one of my favorite stores. This location is discusting, very dirty toilets, items on the floor, etc. Hard to find someone if you need help. I rather do the drive and go to the dallas location on Midway.

Can someone PLEASE fix the shopping carts. Everyone’s cart is squeaking around the store and it’s honestly super annoying. It’s also not just squeaking, but also lots of them have broken or weird wheels that don’t turn right. ?

Big Place...Large selections of different products. All the employees were extremely Nice. I purchase a platform bed, I called & they put it on hold. I picked it up after work with no problems whatsoever! I appreciate the customer service. I will be back.
