Stopped in on the way home and was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff, seems to have all new reps as well ! Will definitely be stopping by again for future needs :)

Beware , we traded in phones and never got credit for. After months of waiting I Had to cancel and they still wouldn’t help me . I will no longer do business with any AT&T provider . Specially this new location. Keep in mind these stores are a 3rd party business . Not the actual AT&T business .

BEWARE Lady at this location added internet to my account fraudulently and admitted to it after I came back to store to confront her about it after receiving email from corporate AT&T about the new service. I am a senior citizen. Said she was sorry. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL. Had to give a star to post this that's the only reason why.

Bought a screen protector and case back in December and I went today to replace my screen protector and they said they couldn’t find my transaction so they couldn’t honor it. Won’t be going back to this store. It’s sad because it’s so close to my house. Smh

I have gone twice to this location and both times were added fees to my account without my consent. It’s very unprofessional to have to call customer service to get these charges removed because they were done at the facility without my consent. Check your billing statements!!!!!

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Pedro literally spent hours working to help resolve an issue with my mother's stolen phone, because she wasn't able to go herself due to health reasons. The best part he worked with us and it didn't cost anything by the time we finished! I also seen him work extremely patient with another customer before me that was obviously not familiar with the account, email set up on new devices. Jason was also very informative. Thank you two especially for the advice and giving beyond great customer service!
