TJ greeted me before the door even closed behind me. He fixed my problem in minutes. He was so pleasant, personable and quick. Honestly I avoid going to phone stores because it's usually such a pain. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely go to TJ with all my future phone questions.

Upgraded my phone without asking
me. Charge me a $1000 when I couldn't pay. Turned off my phone service, even though I haven't missed a payment yet. I'm giving this trash company almost $400 a month. Just for them to turn around and Screw me over. I wouldn't recommend this garbage company to anyone.

Ashley F. at the Mesquite location on Town East blvd was a god send. I had decided to switch to Spectrum Mobile from Att. Big mistake the guy that set up my account told me my phone was not locked, so I proceeded to transfer my number. Which was done but only to find out that my phone was LOCKED. so now my service was stuck in limbo. My job requires a cellphone which was not working. So for 2 days I lost money. Couldn't get Spectrum to resolve a subtle plan. So I decided to transfer back to Att. Had to wait on getting another Tranfer pin from Spectrum over the phone. Lady from Spectrum said it will take 15-20 minutes to send the pin to my email, which never happened. Next day still never received so I went back to Att store Ashley helped me get everything fixed. She was so patient with me and very knowledgeable of her job. If it wasn't for her helping me switch back who knows what i wouldhave done. It was a nightmare dealing with Spectrum, their employees aren't trained long enough to be dealing with customers serious issues.

Would leave 0 stars if I was capable of doing so ! Leslie sold my girlfriend a phone and didn't give her the promotion she was promised along with that the plan she is on with her family got it's prices adjusted incorrectly when she asked him to help fix it he said there wasn't anything he could do ! So she called customer support today and they credited her hours later while receiving the credit the lady over the phone informed her the only reason the sales personnel do this is because it does in fact increase commission for them so now with all that being said it is my sincerest prayer that Leslie start at minimum wage working for McDonald's. What a jamoke

Just left this store with my mother in law. LESLIE helped us out and he was just straight up rude. Called me spoiled over me making a statement about how phones only come with cable charger but not the box. After that he tried to shame me as if I’m a SLOW dumb woman. Very rude and unprofessional. But what do you expect from a man with a nose ring and an outfit that don’t even match . Just terrible.

I had an incident with a new purchase that went wrong from a-z. I went back to the store of purchase these three were my guardian angels Adrian,Gabe, and Johan kept me calm. They listened to my issue and even when I kept saying dont worry Im done after the money I lost. They went above and beyond to reach out to the manger step by step and also helped me get all of my money back along with a free screen saver. They showed lots of empathy and some of the best customer service. Thank you guys for the experience❤️

Bald headed guy was super unhelpful today. I just wanted to ask questions about my bill and buy a new phone but the bad guy was so unhelpful that I decided not to buy a new phone. Went to my car and called att for help with my bill. Definitely looking to switch companies due to price and unhelpful employees.

Stephanie was amazing in helping me do my upgrade. She was very patient with me as I ensured all of my old phone contents were able to be restored to my new phone. She was very friendly and super helpful. It was a very great experience in store.

My family and I had a terrific time Saturday getting new phones. The man that helped us was named Cesar and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Normally I dread getting a new phone but Cesar made our experience very relaxing because he knew what he was doing. I will definitely be going back anytime I need help with my phone.
