I picked up my online order and peeped in the bag. Noticed a spray didn’t have a lid. I ran back inside for a lid. After getting back into my car I realized the other bottle was half empty. Ridiculous!

Not satisfied with my experience. Everyone was cordial to me, but I wish I would’ve looked at my pickup order before going home. Three bottles are coated in soap, at least one bottle leaked, and all other bottles have some remnants of soap on them. Will never do online with this location again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to this place today 12/28/24 12:25 pm. The line was almost wrapped around the store while most of the employees were standing around talking. I asked Melody the store manager ( that’s what she said her name and position is) would she be checking people out because there was literally one worker checking people out. Instead of her being nice she screamed and said “ NO” and walked away. Just WOW. I would never visit here again!

It’s okay. They should change their hours though I went on a Sunday and they closed at 6 instead of 7 like it says online. I feel like the one in the mall has more selection but idk.

Sabrina and Tanya are definitely disrespectful. I went about three o'clock on a tuesday and the line was backed up far.All they could do was sit there and stare at their phones while customers are talking while they're waiting to be checked out.There should be a no phone policy at this location because they are definitely not putting their customers first.

I prefer this location over the one inside the mall, it does get busy during sales though! I will say, please have your associates trained to communicate clear and correct info to customers and ensure they are picking the correct items for orders. I do appreciate the manager that spoke with me about the issues I had with my pickup orders - I know y'all were slammed and I truly appreciate it. Thankfully the mall location did have the body spray I was looking for in stock. Good luck this holiday season!

Customer service here is minimal. Management not accommodating to promotions because online order was placed the day before promotion began. Too much money spent with b&bw not to make occasional exceptions for customer satisfaction.

i was not pleased with they service i had place a order early morning by 10 am went to pick up by 2pm had me waiting 2 HOURS , ann all they keep saying was to give them 15 minutes young lady didn’t seem to do her job and had my order ready by 6pm this had been my worse experience at this location shouldn’t had never told me that the wait was 2 when it wasn’t !!!!!!!

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Had to do a return, and the service was great and no issues. I will return to the location again for purchase. Store was clean and stocked.
