We bought a battery with a 24-month warranty, and the battery is bad. It will not hold a charge, yet the company says it has to at least have a 10 volt charge. It's bad, so therefore it does not have any charge. SO, GUESS WHAT THEY SAY THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER A BATTERY IF IT WILL NOT HOLD ANY/ ZERO % CHARGE. Customer service and management are terrible..

Paid $138.99 plus tax (full retail) for a stale 19-month old Duracell PowerSports battery that stayed on charger for 1.5-hours when I got home. At least I didn't have to drive 70-miles roundtrip in the rain during rush hour traffic at 5pm, and have to remind the clerk to reimburse me the core, or remind him to give me the purchase receipt, or go without the plastic riser that was supposed to be included in the box because it had been lost/pillaged in the last 19-months ... oh wait, I did. For the record, the second Duracell PowerSports battery I bought during the same visit was 13-months old; not much of an improvement.

My boyfriend called up here to see how much a new battery for his phone would be. The girl who answered told him a price and he asked when he could bring it. She said they didn't have a tech right now. He asked when one would be there and she paused and rudely said "uh, when we hire one". I guess we were supposed to know she meant one wasn't available because they didn't even have one employed at the moment? This employee really needs to work on her phone etiquette. She clearly seemed bothered that a customer was looking for information.

Mesquite tx location is a joke been shopping there close to 20 years, will not honor warranty had to take my battery to a different location.

Tried getting help on a battery I bought at another location that is still in full replacement warranty, first I'm told they don't do that because it's a different batteries bulbs , they offered to try and charge it which is fine but they also committed if its bad they but could not , give a replacement battery. I asked for a claim ticket to show I was dropping off mybattery they responded back saying they dont that also , No thanksUPDATE 4-5-2023 return to the Mesquite location and left my battery for testingPhone call today saying the battery was bad and they would not warranty it. Cause I purchased it from another location, WHAT A JOKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,

The Rockwall store, after several not so great experiencesand hearing worse stories than mine, I have sworn off permanently. So, have visited the Mesquite store since.Bought batteries there to avoid Rockwall. Had one good experience but on the subsequent visit, they tried to gouge me seriously on a motorcycle battery (the same one exactly) which I got at Autozone for $50 less. I'm done with all of them.

Friendly hassle free shopping experience. Purchased a big af 55# car battery for our 2006 ML350. Happy customer! No install available lol, after watching a few YT videos I understand why. I was able to switch our battery within 30 mins. I connected our other car with jumper cables to hold the memory and settings during the surgery. Next time it should take me less than 15 mins now that I got practice :)

The employee gave me the wrong charger. Try to take it back couldn't because of the return policy after 14 days. This is bad service tell me before you take my money and train the employee to identify the correct charger.

They sold me a car battery with a 4 year warranty and when it went dead in less than a year they tried to pass off a warranty for a BOAT battery and said we were at fault for the battery being dead. Typical bait and switch. I might have to use them for hard to find little batteries but would Never spend any serious money there.

Ordered a car battery online and got the confirmation email which said to wait for another email that never came. Called the store and was put on hold without even a greeting. Then found out the battery I ordered was out of stock. No one bothered to call and tell me this so I asked to make sure that the order was indeed cancelled to which the associate answered “yes” and hung up. This is my first time ordering from here and I won’t be returning. Perhaps teach your staff proper phone etiquette and communication skills.

Called...asked for a specific item. Told there was one but when we drove our 40 foot truck all the way there he stated that he should have physically checked because when he did, he did not have one after all. Very frustrating!!

I had my screen and battery replaced here on my iPhone and they had it done in an hour (exactly the time they estimated). My battery used to last half a day and now my new battery lasts me over twice as much as my old one. I count on my phone to do many things, for personal management and work related tasks. This will give my productivity a real boost. Definitely recommend this place and their team. A+
