Customer service associates were rude and avoided helping customers by any means. It's ridiculous. Left the store and will probably go to Crate and Barrel instead

Beware — if you order online, they do not refund the shipping cost. Lost $7 on shipping for returning the item. Will never order from here again

Came to this location to pick up my pickup order. When I got there it wasn't ready a order that I ordered around 2pm today. So I waited and waited and waited. The cashier lady ask for my id I showed her. So they still can't find my order so I when to go get it on the shelf myself. Then I get up to the front they tell me that I hadn't paid for the order. Now how didn't I pay for it and I had the receipt as well as the order the information on my phone and my bank where they took it out. So how didn't I pay for it. THIS IS MY FIRST LAST AND ONLY TIME SHOPPING HERE NEVER AGAIN EVER.

I stood in line while 4 people decided it was break time and stood at the registers talking. Was not acknowledged and stood there for 20 minutes before some finally helped me, then wanted to act like I interrupted their break to check me out! I will NEVER GO BACK! Horrible and RUDE!

I bought $24.00 towels that filled up my dryer vent three times, cashier couldn’t not find my purchase by my credit card. I found it on my bank account app. Given a gift card to try another towel. I feel the quality of their products has gone way down as the prices have gone up. I will try Target next time.
