I waited a little while to leave this review because honestly my emotions were so worked up over it that I wanted to let that part of me calm down. As I now see, after coming to their page, I Had a similar experience as the other one star reviews. Multiple calls with no return phone call over multiple days. I was treated more rudely than I have been in a while. When I finally got through, I kept getting handed off to different people and ended up talking to a “manager” and was treated with such contempt and disrespect. I realize people have bad days and I try to be as understanding as possible but if I was a business owner I would want to know about the experience a customer had like mine so that I could improve it. I was truly shocked at the way a customer would be treated. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

I have been calling for days and no one will answer the phone and the mailbox is full. I've been waiting 10 days so far for my prescriptions and while y'all should be contacting me to fill them, you haven't. And I can't contact you by phone and I don't live nearby.

This is a Ravkoo pharmacy that American Frontline doctors uses to distribute covid-19 medication throughout Texas to all those in desperate need. There response time from when receiving doctors prescriptions to get in touch with patients is very slow. As many patients try to beat the covid 19 waiting on life saving medication.. their phone mailbox will not receive any more voicemails and never answer when calling about prescription being filled.. try HEB, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, pharmacies they will always answer the phones right away .. remember your life is in there hands... If they can't handle the volume then they need to have other pharmacies help..!
