Sales associates are not knowledgeable. They can't answer questions. Customer service is poor. Customer service reps don't take care of repeat customers. Managers are indifferent and don't want to listen or act on needs of customers. Pretty much an awful experience at BB Mesquite.

Firstly, I'd like to say I had a positive experience with the sales agent, Austin, who was helpful. However, shortly after I was met with a rather distasteful and exhausting experience starting with the difficulty I was presented with, when the the staff began applying an avertised promotional deal, which took over an hour in itself, without any real resolve. Austin kept me informed every step of the way and made this time consuming experience a little more pleasant. I left with my purchase with no apologies from the manager for the inconvenience and misinformation. Upon arriving home, I began unpacking my TV, Sound Bar, Wall Mounts and Roku TVs. Starting with the TV, I discovered missing items in my open box TV purchase, namely the remote. This was not mentioned and I had no knowledge that a remote would not be included as it wasn't relayed to me, however I was informed, after traveling back to the store to address this that admittedly it was an oversight on the stores behalf. Despite returning to purchase a remote, the manager, Joey, provided no assistance. Joey didn't offer any concessions and blamed his associate for not opening the box and checking what was inside, which still resulted in me spending additional money to purchase a remote. After returning home, I did some research and found the overall cost of open box TV and replacement remote exceeded that of a new TV. Disappointed with the customer service, I returned to Best Buy for the THIRD TIME today. I exchanged the open box TV and remote, opting to purchase a new TV. Once again Austin was there to promptly assist, but Joey was nowhere to be found. Alex, agent at front desk, assisted with the exchange of items and loaded me up on the way home.

Highly recommended!Installed new car radio with back view camera. Old manufacturer radio died after 10 years. This new high tech is perfect timing for black Friday discount. Very friendly staff. Highly knowledgeable technician who willingly gave his business card without asking.

Normally the customer service is good but today I stood there with 4 employees standing around talking to each other when one looked at me and said we will be right with you. Then a couple minutes passed and they all just walked away and I had to find someone else.

Two times I've gone to this location for computer accessories and today a laptop. Both times the associates were too busy talking to help me with my purchase. Not busy with other customers just talking about personal issues. I will never shop that location again. I recommend you find any other location because this one is very poorly managed.

Gio in the cell phone dept has great customer service skill…was extremely helpfully we really appreciate his help. We had got the wrong screen protector and he went on a mission to find the correct one. Really appreciate you time.

Good experience. I had to have a phone screen replaced. I went in ,made my appointment for the next day,dropped my phone off, and it was ready at the promised time.

Wake up Best Buy.... When I need things today, I need to be able to reach your store to make sure that the two items that show online are actually in there because last time I couldn't reach a store and I had to drive an hour out of my way, waste gas all because you don't want good customer service. Because your system is wrong and what I was trying to purchase was out of stock even though it showed in stock online. Now I'm going to risk again driving out there cuz I'm pretty sure your stock online is not accurate.

It seems that the associates at the Best Buy in Mesquite are not readily available to serve their customers as one would expect them to be. Especially when you come in ready to spend money in their store. It took more than an hour for me to get sight on an associate in order to ask for help to make my purchase.I'm not sure what their issue is at this store, but other customers were having the same problem. I don't know if they were short staffed or they were in the back, lounging. It was really a weird scene. They were very slow showing up, and when one did show up, he wasn't very friendly. He didn't seem to want to help me.I may choose to make my next purchase at another location. My experience wasn't good here.

I purchased a TV from an Amazon seller who was Best Buy. The TV doesn't work at all, and when I tried to replace it, the manager advised me to call their customer service, Geek Squad. However, it was given the wrong numbers twice by store manager or representatives. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that the supervisor wasn't available in store, even though he was actually at the store. I spoke to him eventually, but he couldn't offer any assistance either. This has been a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with Best Buy. Do not recommend Mesquite TX store.
