This was my first time shopping here, came with my teenage son. We had a very pleasant experience and will certainly be a returning customer. I was very satisfied with the customer service provided that I even asked to complete a survey on his behalf. Although, they did not have one for me to fulfill, but he did give me his full name. I’m the kind of guy that isn’t crazy about shopping for clothes. Don’t know what looks good on me, or what kind of “fit” I like. I was helped by Zayra, hands-down the most attentive and helpful associate I have ever found at the Town East mall.Helped me find the right size, found out what fit I like(!), and provided me different wash options. I don’t know what she makes, but she deserves a raise. Buckle is very lucky to have her.

First I will say, I don’t care if Affliction shirts aren’t a hot item like they were years ago. I will say this store has a good selection, I love the designs and creativity behind them. In that regard there my favorite. I was help but a younger Hispanic guy, did not get his name. He help without hesitation and answered my questions with thinking twice. Customer service is exceptional and that gentleman exemplifies this. I will come back and visit though I live on the other side of town.
