Great customer service at the location inside town east mall! The build a bear employee was very interactive with our youngest kiddo and made him feel apart of the entire process!

Even though it's a kiosk it still has great selection of plushies to pick from, very friendly staff and they help get your bear stuffed and ready to purchase within a few minutes.
