No I wouldn’t go here again this was my daughter‘s first time there we didn’t know how it worked horrible energy from the employees they’re supposed to make this like a special magical moment for the child, black chick with long braids filling the teddy bears has a bad attitude and told my daughter with a miserable tone here make a wish didn’t talk didn’t smile smh

Lady with the purple hair was so rude! Tried to get my baby his birthday bear and was told I had to come back when it's closer to his bday. I asked corporate they said it's within the month, I was 2 weeks before his bday within the month. She just didn't want to do her job.

Even though it's a kiosk it still has great selection of plushies to pick from, very friendly staff and they help get your bear stuffed and ready to purchase within a few minutes.

This location is usually understaffed on Sundays, so I understand having to wait a little before one is available for checkout. But today, they opened around 20 minutes late despite a Build-a-bear employee in uniform standing right next to the stand. She was too busy chatting with her guy friend to actually take the tarps off merchandise and open the register.

Normally this build a bear is good interacting with customers but today we went for my daughter's birthday and the girl working didn't acknowledge us. I waited for 5 minutes and nothing. Another couple walks up and she greets them with a smile, answers their questions and proceeds to help them. Even after their interaction she still ignored me. Now I have to drive 30 minutes to the next build a bear location. This was unacceptable.

I usually have an amazing experience with this kiosk and most of the workers there are amazing but today was not a great experience. My roommate and I were getting our bears restuffed and an older, short woman very loudly asked if I washed my bears (they were in storage so they smelled like dust) and seemed like she didn’t want to restuff my bear. She ends up stuffing my bear. She then walks up to the other employee and starts talking about how bad my bear stinks(again they wear in storage but these bears can’t be washed because they have electronics in them.) She didn’t even try to lower her voice. He was busy working on my other bear and didn’t really say anything. (this man was so nice he didn’t say anything back to her rude comments) I’m just so disappointed and upset because I come here so often and her being like that really hurt, I was so embarrassed I was just tempted to grab the bear the male employee was working on and just leave.

Took my kiddos here today and had the absolute best experience. Every employee there were genuinely kind and excited to help my kiddos which made it a wonderful experience for them. They took their time helping us, weren’t too pushy on the up-sales and were incredibly patient with my 3 year old son and 6 year old daughter. The woman who rung us up even offered to take the time and dress the kids new stuffys for them which was a godsend because they can be difficult. 10/10 would recommend. Kudos to y’all thank you for a memorable experience for both myself and my kids.

Alexa was EVERYTHING! She was super nice and so helpful! My daughter and I went shopping and came across this little Build a Bear Workshop and decided to get her unborn baby this little Yoda. Alexa made the experience really great. Thank you soooo much for being so nice and helpful.
