Had a problem with sound for radio system and spend 6 hours there, bought a new stereo system and the problem still exist. Did not properly diagnose before selling new equipment. I was not pleased with this concept at all. Very disappointing!

It's my wife's profile but I was there in my truck! Great inside associate and the Tech was phenomenal, both courteous, professional, outstanding, and personable!

Convenient location and very helpful and responsive staff. Had an answer for all of my automotive audio questions. Will add photos if possible with a review of the purchase and self-installation experience when completed. Speakers and noise reducing pads were purchased.

This place made me so mad for real (0 stars)
I went to car toys in mesquite to get a compustar installed. Told me it was going to be done the same day, called me to tell me the compustar did not fit my car that I needed to upgrade to a higher price one, I said okay and they will call me when my car was done.
Never called me or gave me an eta!
Abandoned my car outside the store and left it there without telling me it was ready or anything and they left it there until the next day. ( atleast put it inside the garage)
This is very very unprofessional, so disappointed!
I missed work because of them. Never coming back.
