I have shopped at this particular store for years. Unfortunately I will never be back to this location or any location that the “manager” Toby works at. He was incredibly rude when he helped with my return. I even told him multiple times that he didn’t have to be rude. I have never experienced treatment from anyone like I did with him.

I guess folding clothes is more important than customer service. If you’re in a hurry, don’t stop by here, they won’t be available to help you unless the online orders are attended to first.

Carter's has the cutest clothes. Right now everything is on sale. Summer clothes are on clearance and fall clothes are also on sale.My granddaughter will love these.

They have a wonderful selection! The associates were helpful and accommodating to my needs and answered my questions. Checkout was easy. The location is nice, it is wheelchair accessible but not directly in front of the store.
