Hispanic manger with purple hair was rude and not professional at all. Very unpleasant shopping experience she needs to be fired. Closed store early because she was ready to go home at 7:30pm however the store closes at 8pm.

This store is so RATCHET! Saying it's dirty is putting it too nice. It was outright GROSS! The young girls in there tonight were despicable! There were no name tags so it was difficult to distinguish them from other kids. One girl was on her phone the entire time talking about a boy who liked her at Horne High School. (The call was blasting on speakerphone...explicitives and all.?) No one greets you or offers to assist you. Everything is everywhere. The majority of Dollar Stores are better kept. There is no way the manager ever drops by or shops at that location. Such a long way from what Charlotte Russe used to be. Negative stars would be more fitting here.

The floor was so dirty. Stains everywhere. But the dressing room was over the top. Full of hair an all kinds of nasty. Will never ever go back in there.

Horrible customer support! I was just trying to exchange a shirt for a different size and exactly the same item and they are straight up horrible! "Ohhh you can't exchange your item this week". So it was just a waste of time and gas! Next time tell the customer your policies at check out!!! Never shopping here again.

I decided to stop here to look for some spring clothes, everything was well, I found what I was looking for but the girls that were there that day, short brown hair girl wearing a green shirt was so rude for no reason, as if she was judging what I was buying, Lmaoo she needs to be trained again
