This place should be shut down or replaced with actual caring people who are able to take care of the needs of the children. Workers know where cameras are placed and take kids to the areas where there's no cameras for punishments. Don't leave your kids in this child care place. Kids don't deserve to be treated wrong. They aren't able to talk and defend themselves. I hope those who are treating kids wrong get the punishment they deserve. Horrible human beings!!!!!

My girlfriendâs daughter went there and the experience that she had was unreal.
Child would come home point to her arm saying Keisha hit me all the time. She is 2 years old and cannot say too much but she was able to get that across. (we all agree that Keisha, more than likely, did not hit her but grabbed her arm at the bend way to hard where a child should never be grabbed from the get go) Instead of removing Keisha, they moved her child to a 3-year-old room that did not even have a diaper changing station. Most definitely is against state regulations.
I even went to pick up her daughter with her one day and she came out of the room with mosquito bites all up her legs, a good 10+ bites. My girlfriend addressed the lady at the front desk, with a concerning worried tone, that was closing for the night and let them know that it had to be from here because she was not dropped off with bites and the lady told my girlfriend, âwell I donât know, they came and sprayed 2 weeks agoâ. My girlfriend then said they missed or did not spray enough, and my girlfriend was dismissed again for her to say that they just came 2 weeks ago. Her daughter would come home from this center with horrendous diaper rashes that I could hear the pain she was in when she would give her toddler a shower. Coming home with a dry diaper but left with poop still on her bottom that would be in a clean diaper.
Every time the mother of the child would have to let the office know something about something that is not right, she would come home with an incident report the next following day after letting the office know. This center tried to label her child a bully on paper and the stuff that was on the multiple incident reports did not align with the childâs true behavior that I have seen myself.
She spent about 3 to 4 months here and had enough and moved her back to the location that she initially had her in which caused her more time and gas to go somewhere else. Child Time should refunded as they did not care for the child and neglected her, or my girlfriend should file a lawsuit due to her having multiple pictures to prove the neglect she endured.
My girlfriendâs review is also posted on her experience, I am only sharing mine with the little that I had with the center, and I was completely shocked in all the drama filled staff that are there and the lack of care this center gave to her daughter.
Parents beware of this center, do not just take my words, read these reviews!! Rebecca, the director, even gets mad when you watch the cameras and call every time there is a problem. I would not suggest this place for childcare at all.

WATCH YOUR BABYâS ON THE CAMERAS IF YOUR CHILD ATTENDS THIS CENTER!!!!!
I was only here for a few months and was DONE! My child was retaliated against, had to sign several incident reports (later asked for them to be removed as they were unfair) Was told, âoh if you have to sign too many of them then they will make you take your child for Psych. Evaluationâ. I moved my daughter to Child Time to be closer to home from a sister location. Child Time was accusing my daughter of hitting and pushing. Only had a write-up on the next following days when I needed to address a concern and there was no resolution by the front desk employees. I started watching the cameras as the behavior that they were addressing was extremely odd and unlike my child. I witnessed several things like Rebecca getting food out of the 3-year-old room and eating it, other children taking things and pushing my daughter, and nothing was ever done about it, so I started calling every time something happened and was told by Rebecca that I should pull my daughter out since I was having to watch the cameras. HELLO, you folks are the ones saying my daughter was pushing and hitting other students, so I was checking her behavior but seems like the employees and Rebecca need monitoring the most. One time after I had to sign another incident report again, I asked the teacher what happened this time. I was told that the students went out to play and my daughter pushed another child to go down the slide first. I asked how her behavior was prior, and she said it was good and she did not have an incident after that. I was completely confused as she is 2 and if no other behavioral problems happened then why a write up and was told that the office people wanted her to.
After pulling my daughter out of Child Time and relocating her back to the sister location, where we came from, I told them what kind of behavior that I was getting told that my daughter was doing and the toddler room teachers (who she was with before we relocated) were at shock and I was told, âno not her, she never did stuff like that and would be the student to rub someoneâs back if they fell down and hurt themselves and ask if they were okayâ So, I asked the new teacher to make sure we are watching her behavior, so I know what is really going on and she never experienced the behaviors that Child Time was telling me she was doing. We stayed at the sister location there for a few months and none of the behaviors that were described at Child Time were going on with them. Makes me really think about what is going on with this center.
Rebecca moved my daughter over to the 3-year-oldâs room knowing she wasnât potty trained nor having a changing station in that room because my 2-year-old kept telling me Keisha hit me all while she would point to her left arm. Instead of removing Keisha, my daughter was moved from her 2-year-old class to the 3-year-old room. As per STATE REGULATIONS there is supposed to be a changing station if a child is still in diapers. WHEN I ADDRESSED REBECA, SHE WAS UNAWARE OF THE STATE REGULATIONS ON THAT AND TRIED TO DISMISS ME LIKE IF I DIDTN KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN I TOLD HER THAT!
So much stuff went on that I can write a book. Between my baby having extremely painful diaper rashes, poop still left on bottom from not getting cleaned properly even after pick up, crying because she got hurt and a teacher was claiming that she just didnât want to go inside when there was clearly a red mark on her forehead, getting hit by other students leaving bruises and scrapes and teachers didnât know who did it or when it happened etc. CHILD TIME NEGLECTED MY DAUGHTER!! I WILL TRAVEL 30 MILES THAN TO COME BACK TO THIS CENTER!!

This school is horrible and hires very unprofessional leaders!! They donât know how to do their jobs which theyâre paid for!! One of reviews actually said the administrators child is a bully!! I would never ever advise any parent to send the precious kids to horrible, unprofessional, incompetent and unreasonable leaders!!!
The leaders are the main problem in school. Theyâre corrupt leaders!!!

I have three children who attended this location for about 3 years they started off as Grade school and pre k ages during that time they had three different directors despite the changes the center was able to maintain consistency. I could pick them up homework was completed which was a big help. my children were able to build a bond with their teachers and other staff. The front office was always good about communicating in a timely manner if there was an incident or emergency or simply keeping you updated on changes and events. The summer camp kept my children busy during summers that we didnât travel for an affordable price. We love the Childtime of Mesquite center sadly we relocated and they no longer attend however I would highly recommend

if i could give the establishment 0 stars i would. they call you 500000x a day for petty things your child has done that should/could be handled by staff. the staff is also not equipped or professional and very rude. overall, if you need a place to feel comfortable to take your children, this is not one.

Great daycare ! The staff are so friendly and supportive, every time I come to drop off or pick up my son the energy and environment reminds me of how I made the right choice choosing this daycare . The director Mrs. Rebecca is awesome and does her job well communicating unlike any other daycare I have been to .

My autistic daughter has been going to childtime since 2019 she was 3 she is now going on 8. As a first time mom with a special needs child I couldn't fathom the thought of leaving my child In the first place and cried my eyes out. This was not a place specialized in kids with special needs and I couldn't afford anything at the time. But I put my faith in the people there from ms larie, chasity, Rebecca, and larryce. I know caring for an autistic child can be hard with her meltdowns but every since time they never miss a beat. Since she's been going there ms Rebecca has ensured my baby is cared for and took that place over and made it better. My daughter gets dropped off on the special needs bus everyday for 5 years theve never skipped a beat. When I needed help with payments they were there. My mom being a daycare worker I understand that the kids now days are disrespectful and have behaviors issues that parents ask these underpaid and stressed out people to take care of. BUT IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO HANDLE THE PARENTS AND HOW YALL RAISE YALLS KIDS. Give these girls MORE money, cause I couldn't do this job if my life depended on it. I LOVE THIS DAYCARE.!!! And the workers who take care of my special girl.
