My visit to Citi Trends was an interesting experience. While I didn't find a vast selection of items, the friendly staff made the trip worthwhile. Their helpful and welcoming attitude created a positive shopping atmosphere. The store offers quite a mix of products, making it a unique spot for those seeking variety. Although the inventory might be hit or miss, the pleasant customer service and diverse product range earn Citi Trends a solid four stars.

I definitely like shopping at Citi Trends. I went in to this one for a big coat. My last one from Citi Trends was so fashionable it got its self stolen. They didn’t have any coats at the time I went in. The store is very big. Could be utilized more with items. Not a very big selection. With more to offer they would be my go to store. Needed to go to the one in Wynnewood. Yet low on time. I give them a definite 4. Because I can see the potential.

NOW YOU CAN FIND SOME CHEAP DISCO LOOKS FOR A FRACTION OF WHAT YOU WILL PAY ANYWHERE ELSE ?... THE EMPLOYEES ARE NICE BUT THE "MANAGER" THE LADY WITH THE GLASSES IS NOT NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN SHE WAS SO RUDE 40 MINS LEFT BEFORE CLOSING TIME SHE WAS JUST BEING RUDE/UGLY SO WE LEFT AND DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING. SHE TOLD MY HUSBAND TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER OUT OF THE CART BECAUSE IT LOOKED UGLY SHE (SAID IT IN SPANISH) AND GOT MAD BECAUSE I HAD ASKED THE EMPLOYEE IF WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE MY 1 YEAR OLD INSIDE THE "SHOPPING CART" AND HE SAID THAT WAS OUR CHOICE BUT THEN THE MANAGER WHO I DID NOT KNOW SHE WAS THE MANAGER COMES AND SAYS THAT HE JUST AN EMPLOYEE AND THAT SHE'S THE MANAGER AND THAT WE CAN NOT HAVE OUR DAUGHTER INSIDE AND THAT SHE UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE'S ALOT OF PARENTS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR BABIES/KIDS BUT THAT WE CANNOT HAVE HER THERE. AND FOR US TO GO TO ANOTHER CITI TRENDS SHE ALSO KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT BEING THERE SO WE FELT UNWELCOME. SHE DOES NOT KNOW US TO BE ASSUMING THAT WE ARE NOT CARING PARENTS JUST BECAUSE WE HAD OUR DAUGHTER IN THE CART.. YOU ARE JUST A MANAGER YOU DON'T OWN THE STORE LADY

Citi trend is to me a GHETTO brand lol... this store wasn't too bad, it was very dirty, had a weird smell when i walked in... had lots of selection of clothes,shoes,ect... Eh, prices are okay...
