My visit to Citi Trends was an interesting experience. While I didn't find a vast selection of items, the friendly staff made the trip worthwhile. Their helpful and welcoming attitude created a positive shopping atmosphere. The store offers quite a mix of products, making it a unique spot for those seeking variety. Although the inventory might be hit or miss, the pleasant customer service and diverse product range earn Citi Trends a solid four stars.

I definitely like shopping at Citi Trends. I went in to this one for a big coat. My last one from Citi Trends was so fashionable it got its self stolen. They didn’t have any coats at the time I went in. The store is very big. Could be utilized more with items. Not a very big selection. With more to offer they would be my go to store. Needed to go to the one in Wynnewood. Yet low on time. I give them a definite 4. Because I can see the potential.

NOW YOU CAN FIND SOME CHEAP DISCO LOOKS FOR A FRACTION OF WHAT YOU WILL PAY ANYWHERE ELSE ?... THE EMPLOYEES ARE NICE BUT THE "MANAGER" THE LADY WITH THE GLASSES IS NOT NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN SHE WAS SO RUDE 40 MINS LEFT BEFORE CLOSING TIME SHE WAS JUST BEING RUDE/UGLY SO WE LEFT AND DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING. SHE TOLD MY HUSBAND TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER OUT OF THE CART BECAUSE IT LOOKED UGLY SHE (SAID IT IN SPANISH) AND GOT MAD BECAUSE I HAD ASKED THE EMPLOYEE IF WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE MY 1 YEAR OLD INSIDE THE "SHOPPING CART" AND HE SAID THAT WAS OUR CHOICE BUT THEN THE MANAGER WHO I DID NOT KNOW SHE WAS THE MANAGER COMES AND SAYS THAT HE JUST AN EMPLOYEE AND THAT SHE'S THE MANAGER AND THAT WE CAN NOT HAVE OUR DAUGHTER INSIDE AND THAT SHE UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE'S ALOT OF PARENTS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR BABIES/KIDS BUT THAT WE CANNOT HAVE HER THERE. AND FOR US TO GO TO ANOTHER CITI TRENDS SHE ALSO KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT BEING THERE SO WE FELT UNWELCOME. SHE DOES NOT KNOW US TO BE ASSUMING THAT WE ARE NOT CARING PARENTS JUST BECAUSE WE HAD OUR DAUGHTER IN THE CART.. YOU ARE JUST A MANAGER YOU DON'T OWN THE STORE LADY

Citi trend is to me a GHETTO brand lol... this store wasn't too bad, it was very dirty, had a weird smell when i walked in... had lots of selection of clothes,shoes,ect... Eh, prices are okay...

Horrible experience. If you have kids . Don't go there, the lady with glasses thinks it's okay to yell at other peoples kids. She yelled at my kids because they were near a small stool thinking they moved it out of its place . So unprofessional

I have been shopping at Cititrends for eons, and have never really had bad customer service experience until last week when I ran into a younger Mexican woman while trying to exchange a bodysuit here. She's heavy set with a round face , straight dark hair parted down the middle, with a bad look and a worse attitude. She was talking and looking at me crazy when I first walked in and stated that I had an exchange.You can exchange bodysuits as long as you have a receipt because I've done it numerous times, even at this location. One of her co-workers even called the store where I purchased it from and talked to the manager and was told that you could do that at any store. They don't take back lingerie. Can't try on clothing in the stores, so what do you do?Bought one from a different location and tried to bring it back here since it's closer, and was talked to crazy by this person. Idk if she has a bad home life, or a bad attitude in general, but she'd be best served to straighten up in this day and age. You don't know who the person is you're talking crazy to, and there's too much going on in the world for all that additional anger.Other then bad attitude Bertha, the store is cool. Could be a better selection of clothing, but I guess the truly urban doesn't shop here. You have to travel into Dallas for that.
