Never happy to visit this location for services beyond deposits or withdrawals. Management makes it known if this is not your home branch despite the fact it is "Comerica".

Been banking with this Comerica Banking location for 4 plus years and All the employees at this location are on top of there game and go OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP OUT!!!!, by looking at the bad reviews I believe all those customers were just having bad days and needed to take it out on someone.....You guys rock!!!

Don't understand the negative reviews I see concerning this branch and its employees! I and my family have been banking here since it opened and have NEVER encountered any rude, unaccommedating employees, or inappropriate actions by ANY of the staff! They are always helpful and efficient with any request. We plan to remain customers as long as they are there!!

Is it the best bank? No. Would i recommend it? No. The drive thru ATM machine rarely works, they leave fake announcement of it being open when its clearly closed, and it's frustrating to just get contact.

Poor service and quality control is a joke. Will not serve during the pandemic. Chase or Wells Fargo are much better
