The guys at Computer Guys are awesome. I needed emergency repair due to my motherboard going out. They went above and beyond to get me back up and running the same day. Matthew is one hell of a stand up guy. I’d recommend these guys to anyone!!!! Hands Down

Going into college this fall, I went into this shop not really knowing what type of laptop I would need. Getting into the shop I was immediately greeted by a gentleman and helped, picking out a laptop. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

These guys are amazing, mind you I came to them with the unusual request for them to diagnose a tachometer for my 1981 ford pick up. They don't usually work on auto parts but since it was an old circuit board they would take a look. They looked it over and found the problem and got it solved. They have great customer service and it didn't take long for them to fix. I dropped it off Saturday around 2pm and they had it ready by Monday before 5pm.

They could not fix my computer, still charged me for a diagnostic, I mean they have to charge you for something. They said they got it to the windows loading screen, not sure what they did. They charged $45 and still not able to fix my laptop but they did refer me to one of their other services to data recover. I will not do business again here.

I came to them and told them I was having issues with my laptop because it wouldn’t charge. That same day I dropped my laptop off they called me and told me that I needed a new battery. Within a week I got my laptop back! They are very nice, professional and fast service. They even gave me a lot of more knowledge on laptops. 10/10 would recommend them!

In the start I didn’t like the communication from the technicians about even figuring out the issue. But after me calling and them explaining the issue they fixed the issue same day and even upgraded my system with parts provided for free along with the diagnostic since I got a repair. Overall I would use them again if anything comes up since they are priced decent and got overall repair done quick.
I brought in a high end gaming pc for anyone wondering I was having trouble finding reputable places I recommend this one
