If you have a work injury I highly recommend going somewhere else. Called to make an appointment to be told that for work related injuries it is based off of walk in only. When I arrived the girl at the front was unhelpful and told there would be a four hour wait time. And I needed an authorization form that should have been completed before hand. When I told them about the conversation that morning she told me that couldn't be true since this is what they tell everyone and I could've made an appointment....

I had never had any problems going to Concentra for my physical in the pass not until I moved to Texas… I had never done some of the things they done at Concentra in Mesquite… I thought I was going to be in & out. But was harassed & interrogated like I was a criminal… Will be the last time I go to that Concentra in Mesquite.

Concentra will set appointments without informing patients. You're lucky if you get treated before a 3 hour wait time.

Was a walk-in for a DOT physical: they were upfront and accurate with the wait time, communicated clearly the registration process, and the assessment was completed in about an hour. Even let me wait in my truck and called my phone when I was up.
