What a shame yesterday Sunday the 28th I left a good comment and today I am editing it
Well, we went to the store to buy a room.
And the girl who served us well
If I do it right, the problem is that at the time we pay
She started talking to an acquaintance and we stood there like fools waiting for her to give her the papers so I could make the payment.
And nothing, she continued talking as if she were not working until I interrupted her.
If not, it's still there
The store is going to be closed and not only for sales
If not because of the bad attention
For its employees and customers
They already saw their doors
Now I will look for another place to do my shopping.
And I hope the treatment is better if they are more dedicated to their work.
Well, we are paying, they are not giving us things for free.
And wow, they are expensive

I have been unsuccessfully trying to unsubscribe from Conn's physical mail and email for the last 12 years. I don't know why they think it's a good idea to send red "time sensitive" letters that are just cold sales. Well deserved bankruptcy.

Purchased an item on line for pickup, however when I went to pick up the item at this location. I was informed by the store mgr that they would need to make a photo copy of my drivers license to pick up the item, he didn't want to look at my ID and verify, nope he wanted to make a copy. Now I order from Target, Dillard's, Academy sports and I have never had any of them ask me to take a photo copy of my license. So I called Conn's and they stated that they had never heard of it either. Seems the store Mgr maybe be up to something!!!! I also pressed record on my phone when I first heard him ask my husband.

Very clean place .. the only thing is the sales people are very pushy and try to make you feel like you feel stupid. It was not a great experience but I guess when you shop at the bottom of the barrel you have no choice but to deal with people like that ..
