The young lady that works at nights or who was here at night tonight, She's very rude and unprofessional was also not at the window or register and was onFaceTime, The kids don't know how to get of their phones and work. SMH

I went into this store at 732a on 11/13/24. I went in for my regular donut and apple juice. Some how I was charged on 2 cards, 1 for $5.21(real charge) and on another card $50(fraud charge). The black guy then rung me out and stated the card didn't go through the 1st time, so i proceeded to use a different card. At the end of the day he ended up charging $50 fraud charge on 1 and for my items on another! Be cautious if you use this location. If a member of corporate management read this please get in contact with me.

I come to this store everyday almost. It’s very frustrating when it’s a 24 hour store but soon as a customer comes they run to the back. I literally pulled in at 9:29pm 12/17/23, saw the employee put a bag of trash in the middle of the floor, then ran to the back office. It is now 9:45pm and I’m still standing outside. There was a customer here before me, there was a customer that came while I’m standing here and end up leaving. All I need is gas and I’m having to wait 30 plus minutes every time . This same employee Caucasian white blue green hair does this every time she works. I’m sure she’s just watching the camera to see if people would go ahead and leave. Well I’m not I need gas and shouldn’t have to make another stop when I’m already here. Multiple customers are now pulling in and just leaving. Whatever she ran to the back to do which I’m sure it’s just watching the cameras and waiting for customers to leave doesn’t make sense. It’s 9:50pm and I still haven’t been helped. Even if the “system is down” come communicate that.

I'm so sick of these people. The Texas Lottery, says you must be 18yrs or older to play. If I'm born in 1972 why am I constantly being asked for my ID to purchase lottery tickets. I feel that they are just being plain rude. I'm contacting The Texas Lottery Commission.
