Very Bad service wouldn't recommend this Cricket location at all. There customer service is very poor the lady that attended me was JOANA rude and started cussing me out for a mistake she did.And she told me her self she made the mistake and I was still mistreated .

Went to this location sells associate was very unprofessional and rude the African American lady with the curly hair. Would not recommend coming to this location she was not helpful at all and was super mean.

The worst thing is that those who work there want to charge you more I went for a 90 plan and they wanted to charge me 120 and I spoke to customer service and they told me that this store is stealing

I went today. Not sure the name of the lady. But there was only one working when I came in. . She has no customer service. & doesn’t seem like she wanted to do her job or even interested in doing it. No help at all.

Went this afternoon to upgrade my sons phone to a new one i walk in and none of this 3 girls has their mask on , only one but only covered her mouth, also she kinda looked sick she was touching her nose while she was having a runny nose at the same time she was activating my sons phone That was grose !! I immediately had to sanitized his phone and throw the bag away this was all around 4ish/5 . You guys need better workers because they arent taking covid seriously and it’s putting all your costumers at risk!!!

I always use this location for all my cell phone needs however the employees they have now are rude they don’t show respect they dont have manners and they spoke to me like i was a bother. They need better training better manners and show they care at least a little bit about there job. As i waited for them to finish my transaction they were gossiping about there personal life. Manager Francisco was there and helped me with my questions after he left everything went downhill. I will not be back again. Now in day you should value customers more than ever!
