The very worst experience in obtaining a phone, I was blaintly lied too about the server speed amongst other topics. The failed related knowledge to the customer just to obtain a sell of commission is what will not be tolerated.. Do NOT GO TO CRICKET for any service!!

Customer service was great but it was so HOT in there the air was broken and the customers were sweating the store needing to be close until the air was fix
