I literally have been on hold for an 1 waiting for someone to pick up the phone just to switch my prescription to another pharmacy. I used another phone and called the front store, and they picked up immediately. The gentleman was friendly and stated that they may have a long line and can't answer the phone. Then he stated that he would do a page to inform staff that someone is on hold for a pharmacist. I thanked the young man, but that's unacceptable. Hire some that mains the phone. I called my doctor's office to get assistance, and she placed on hold for 20 minutes with the same result. My doctor informed me that if I can't access anyone, they will transfer it to another pharmacy, but they must give the pharmacy at least a few hours. SMH! THIS IS SAD! I May have to get out of my sick bed just to wait in line to tell them to transfer my prescription. CVS IS GOING DOWN!!

This pharmacy is just as bad as Walgreens across from them. They never answer their pharmacy phone. They never have any medications available... they never have anything right. CVS pharmacy you need to do better!!!!

I have called two different times and was on hold for over 10 min on call and over 20 min on another so i just hung up, obviously they don’t like answering phones at the pharmacy, I hope people haven’t died trying to get their meds waiting on someone to answer! Classic negligence

I have been on hold for 1 hr. The pharmacist is horrible, and can not communicate well, he's very in direct about telling what you need to do to get your medication and passive aggressive. Terrible asset to the team. Look at all the previous reviews!!! The pharmacist name is Josh!

Ran by to grab a prescription & thought it would be an easy process. Pharmacy staff is friendly but do not use the drive through to drop off or pick up. I sat in line for 45 mins not knowing what the issue was. They are doing Covid testing & that's the reason it takes so long. Had I known....didn't see a sign or I'd of gone inside.

Currently been sitting behind the same 1 car for 30 mins, this isn't the first time this has happened either. There's a sign that says you can't wait in line while getting them filled but that seem to be what they're doing

This Us the WORST pharmacy in Mesquite. They never answer the phone. They never face anything in stock. Today my wife was in agonizing pain. The doctor called in medication before noon. About 3pm I started calling to check on the order. No one ever answered after 45 minutes on hold. I called the front counter. " The manager is meeting with the pharmacy staff. I will ring you through and ask them to answer." After being put on hold for several minutes more the phone went dead. No hold music, nothing but static. I decided to drive to the pharmacy later in the afternoon. There was cardboard over the drive-through window and I sign that said they closed at 2 PM.I have had prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for many many years, with this same type of service. That's why I changed to Sam's Club.

Literally refused to give me a prescription. They have been allowing the use of the second drive thru lane to pick up prescriptions because Covid tests were clogging up the main lane. Going into that lane, we were told we could not receive our prescription even though the main lane was empty by the time they waited on us. Last time we were there we are told a prescription did not exist even though it had been called in for refill. And we only go to cvs because our insurance requires it.

I ordered a photo of my mother, who recently passed away. I received an email stating that my photo was ready. Then we received phone calls letting us know that it was ready. When we went there today to pick it up, an elderly gentleman finally showed up, and I asked for the photo. The one he showed me was, I believe, a 4 × 6, and the top of my mother's head was chopped off. This photo was printed in landscape, when it was obviously meant to be printed in portrait. The photo he showed me wasn't even in an envelope!
