We have been going to this Particular CVS Pharmacy for well over 15 years. For the last several years we have had continuous problems with prescriptions not being filled when they said they were via text messages, and most recently they gave me some Covid antiviral medication called paxloviv that was Expired!!!!When I took back to the pharmacy again waiting for almost 40 minutes to see someone they said OH the government said we could extend that past expiration...are you kidding me!!!!They have canceled my husbands blood thinners (Eliquis) and said the doctor had canceled (after following up with his cardiologist) and confirmed that was a lie, they had given them a full year prescription. With his A-Fib he cannot be off this medication for any period of time.So as of today CVS on Cartwright YOU ARE FIRED!!, I will not let your incompetency effect my family's heath. And if you review this particular pharmacy record I am not alone with a less than 1.5 stars out of 5 they need either a new manager or pharmacist.Teresa

It was terrible I will not recommend this CVS. Kenya the pharmacist was rude, unprofessional, and declined to help me. Don’t have your prescriptions sent here. They messed up on my prescriptions more than once and are rude and try to blame it on my doctors office. However my doctors office showed proof all 3 times that it was sent via documents. Even my doctors office advise this CVS drops the ball and messes up all the time. If you want your prescriptions don’t come here. You will have to go through so much mess and stress and on top of that deal with a rude pharmacist.

Horrible! Had a prescription for my son transferred to this location for an ear infection since they had it in stock. Called and waited on hold for 25 mins with no answer. Called again and wait for another 15 and still no answer. The next morning I called as soon as they opened and drove to the store while still on hold. I get there and they're fully staffed yet no one is answering the phones. Ended up having to wait 20 mins for prescription to be ready because it was placed on hold instead of transferred. Never again!

When I pulled up to the drive thru, there was 1 car at the window and then myself at the section for drop off. I hit the call button twice and no answer. At this time no one else is in drive thru. Then a car pull up to the window and get waitied on immediately. I hit the button again to advise I was there first. No answer until she finished with the person at the window. Very disappointed....

This CVS location is horrible. I called the pharmacy half a dozen times last week and was put on hold indefinitely. I stayed on hold a minimum of twenty minutes each time and nobody ever answered the phone. The drive-thru window is equally as bad. The lines for the drive-thru window are always long and extremely slow. Recommendation…find another CVS.

Went to this location for a covid test. Online it clearly states “Appointment not required, Referral not required, Testing for all patients, Drive-Through.” I showed up and the woman working the drive-through lane was incredibly rude and turned us away. I explained what it said online and she continued arguing with me and saying appointments only then closed the blinds in my face. I will not be coming back to this location again. Completely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible place The people that work at that pharmacy don’t know anything about prescription, they take long time to correct their mistakes and don’t care about what happened at all! Be safe and don’t go to that place I will never go back there again!

They called to tell me my medication was ready. I got here and stood in line for 5 minutes to get to the window and she tel me they have 1 minute before their system closes! Then i call another cvs to have it transferred to find out the pharmacist lied and they never even filled it! Poor customer service!

I had the most awful experience at the CVS Pharmacy. I don't know if people are just lazy or they don't comprehend what they are doing. The pharmacist said we couldn't pick up my refill until 11/7/19. Then on 11/7/19 she said it will not be available until 11/30/19. I told her that didn't make sense. It's a daily medication and I can get my monthly refill for until 3 weeks later. They don't know what they are doing!!! She checked again and said I can have it ready in 10 minutes. Really?! What an i_ _ _ _! Just terrible service. I wish our insurance didn't have a contract with Walgreens. Frustrated!

Due to my insurance changing I had to switch from Walgreens's to CVS & I absolutely hate this place. I wondered why they didn't have many customers in line like Walgreens's and now I see why. I have to call them every month about my prescription instead of just having it filled online or over the phone. It's always something wrong and the pharmacist have to correct it in the system. I have to find another pharmacy fast because I don't want to deal with this every month. I also called last week because I picked up a script on 3/2 & they stated I couldn't pick up another script until 4/10. I get a 30 day supply so that means I will be without medication for a week or so. I kept telling the guy that answered the phone that I couldn't go without medication for that long and he basically told me I have to wait. That made me livid... instead of him looking at the computer to see why the date was off he blew me off so I requested to speak with the pharmacist and she was able to figure out the issue. Uggh!!! I've had it!!!

Pharmacy Drive thru has 2 lanes and one lane has been broken since August! Long lines at pharmacy and opens at 9 when Walgreens across street open earlier.
