The worst.
They didn't notify you when your scripts are ready. I asked them if they did, I was in formed "We didn't do that. It's the patient's responsibility to call or come in to ask". Which wouldn't be as big of a problem if they'd actually answered the phone & when you go in they act like it's an inconvenience for asking. If it's not ready & you drive to the store for this one item they urge you to shop around. -_- I came here for this one item, I do not want or need to waste my time & money on more stuff.
I guess things like common courtesy, customer service & compassion are a thing of the past here.

Love the staff at this location. Would rather come to this location than a pharmacy closer to my home with a drive through simply because they are so kind.

This CVS location inside Target is fast, efficient and has most medications in stock, unlike the one on 500 N Galloway. This location answers the phone in a timely manner and will try to assist you with finding the medication at another location if they don’t have it.

It took them forever to answer the phone sometimes they would answer put me on hold again for 20 or 30 minutes and to be hung up on again they said my prescriptions were ready when I got there they were like we need 20 30 more minutes could you come back I don't guess they understand how high gasoline is. It's very frustrating to make three trips to the same store when you've been towed your prescriptions are ready; they are not friendly I would not recommend them

Sucks I’m dying in bed of pain and pharmacy lady did not want to give me my prescription because she does not feel comfortable now I have to suffer a full Easter weekend and not able to walk because of her decision

Honestly, this pharmacy is wonderful. We have been going here for quite some time. Most of the low ratings sound as if these people have not installed the app. We use the app because it tells us when the prescription is ready for pick up, saving both the pharmacy and myself time. Please remember that they have MANY customers all wanting to have prescriptions filled so I HIGHLY recommend using the app.

Dropped off prescription and told would be ready at 3 pm (3 hours later). Came back at 3 and told it was not ready yet...need 45 minutes. Prescriptions being filled and thrown in baskets bins, but no one is checking those bins for medication, just telling people to come back in 45 minutes. All medications being filled...just sitting there with no one putting them in order. Will never come back again!

We've been with this pharmacy for several years. We briefly switched to a pharmacy closer to home, but we missed Allie & her EXCELLENT customer service so much that we switched back. This is the best pharmacy in the Mesquite/Rockwall/Kaufman area.

Sweetest pharmacist, curly hair and glasses. (I should know her name as much as I see her). She runs the show at this CVS and does it with so much grace even on her busiest days. Give her a raise!
