Run!!! Do not use this pharmacy. This CVS gets NO STARS. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and their staffing is horrible. ALL of the bad reviews are my exact experiences with this pharmacy. The latest was that my med formuscle relaxers was called in by carenow at 6pm. I call this pharmacy and the automated system said it would be ready at 8:01pm. I give them extra time just bc Iknow their history, so I head to the pharmacy at 8:45 and it's not ready AND they tell me they don't have it!!! I was told it shows in their inventory but they can't find it!!! What the #@$/! So I'm like when were you going to tell me???? The answer I got was a dumb founded expression! ?I ended up in pain the whole night. From this point on WALGREENS will get my business. I am so over this pharmacy.

I give it a 0 but since that's not an option I give it a 1, horrible pharmacy had me waiting for 30 minutes just to tell me they didn't have my prescription and that Walgreens had it I went to Walgreens and they did the same thing to only find out that cvs did have my prescription horrible customer service the older lady kept leaving for 10 minutes at a time I understand they were a little busy but they had extra people there!

Unprofessional people work there and give worog time to customers miss gad to customers Medicine ? I will waiting 1 hours and thy side come back ready 5.00 clok I come back still not ready bad he new stuff to be working there

This pharmacy has given my mother the run around for 4 whole days about a medication they knew they were out of that first day. Today, my mother gave them another chance and called to check on the prescription since she was told that it would be ready today instead. When calling the pharmacy, the automated line informed her that it would be ready by 7pm tonight. She drove by the pharmacy just to make sure, and the tech at the window informed her that their stock was out, and provided my mother with numbers to call to transfer her own prescription. Extremely unprofessional, considering it is not my mother’s fault that she has been given the wrong information about her own prescription. The tech apparently could not be bothered even though it was the fault of the pharmacy staff that she herself works with. Do better, or shut down. Best wishes

This store is so sad… store IS HORRIBLE! Me and my 2 year old daughter have the FLU & we been getting told all day today that our prescription will be ready every 2 hours! First 2pm, 4pm, 7pm. The third time I called they said it will be ready at 7pm. It’s 8:30pm!!!!! We still suffering. All we needed was our medicine. They On the clock but ain’t nobody working !

While there is always room for improvement, I believe this CVS store has worked through their personnel problems. When I first started having to get regular prescriptions a little over 2 years ago, I could not get anyone there at this store to answer the phone and if they did answer I would get put on hold and no one would come back. For the past year though I haven’t had any problems with trying to get someone on the phone and when I go pick up, I rarely have to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive thru or inside the store. I also like the option of getting my prescriptions mailed to me.I was able to get my cat’s prescription medication filled here which made it very convenient.This is one of the busiest stores in the area and it’s good they finally are staffed sufficiently to handle the workload.

The pharmacy really gets 0 STARS, I've been waiting on the easiest prescription ever 1st time using then, since I moved here. And they ARE THE WORST!!! Customer service already sucks in mesquite period ? but the information they is inaccurate not only to the customers but physicians as well. I've trying to pick up a babies prescription for the past 48hrs and they are super freaking lazy and don't know wth is going on. They need to replace the entire staff and after reviewing all the bad reviews they need to start with management cause clearly they can't get the dang staff in line.

They NEED to get it together in the pharmacy!Don’t come here!They will forget to order your medicine and send you to Walgreens to pick up . we go to Walgreens they send us back to CVS.Ridiculous!CVS and Walgreens really need to retrain all employees Or get a new crew.The customer service is horrible.

Pharmacy is very slow and will not text you even if your medications are ready. I’ve had to call them so many times (up to 40 minute wait on the phone) to remind them to fill my prescription

Worst Pharmacy around. Had major dental work, I needed my pain meds. Came in a 2pm . Was told it would be the next day before my prescription would be ready.

If I could give this store zero I would. This store is staffed by the worst people. OK. Also warning: they sell TAMPERED with over the counter medication and won't help you or assist you when you bring it back. I was treated like a criminal by 2 young ladies one of which was the manager. What a joke, I don't think they understood how serious it is to sell tampered medication and then not help the customer who brings it back. Well I will find a way to return it and will go a d get what I need at Kroger or Walgreens.What a horrible experience. I am waiting for their district manager and regional director to call me back.
